The salesperson, Nabin Magar, when asked about whether or not the vehicle came with a garage opener, he claimed it did and said all we had to do was program it with our remote. The problem was that particular vehicle didn't come with a garage door opener, which he could have checked online, with a more seasoned associate, or his manager. The remedy to the situation was less than 300.00 and that includes installation. 3 days after I brought the car the left tire blew. When I asked about chevy covering the cost of the tire, Nabin informed me that his manager said chevy WILL NOT cover it and that cost will be on me as the buyer. Now , this is a 2027 equinox with less than 100 mi on it. Which means chevy buys inferior tires. Tires are essential to road safety which is paramount when driving. Substandard salesperson. Low-grade product. Please don't waste your money at chevy

I had put off purchasing a new vehicle because I always find it stressful and time consuming. We have been taking our vehicles to Maxie Price for oil changes and services so I thought I would give them a try. WOW!! I was so impressed with this place. They were very welcoming and friendly. I inquired about an Equinox I found on their website and called to schedule a test drive. We were paired with Roc and he far exceeded our expectations in every way. Roc greeted us at the door and had the car pulled out front under a cover. He was so nice, friendly, and it felt like we had known him for years. He made every aspect of the process easy and I felt no rush or pressure. I purchased the car that day and absolutely love it. If anyone is looking for a great dealership and the perfect salesman, reach out to Roc at Maxie Price.

I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet unless you are there in person and can thoroughly inspect the vehicle yourself before signing anything. The vehicle I purchased was described as being in excellent condition—essentially “mint.” Based on those representations I completed the purchase and drove nearly two hours to meet the salesperson and take delivery. Unfortunately, once I arrived and inspected the vehicle more closely, I discovered several issues that were never disclosed beforehand, even after I specifically asked both the salesperson and the used car manager/director about the condition several times. The vehicle was missing part of the lower front spoiler, had a broken license plate bracket, and the passenger window is misaligned. These are obvious defects that should have been disclosed upfront. What made the experience even worse was the dealership’s complete refusal to do anything to help resolve the situation. I was even willing to split the cost of replacing the missing front bumper/spoiler part, but they still refused to work with me in any way. I was told by my salesperson that I would be refunded the cost of the license plate bracket and sent over the requested paid invoice but over 3 weeks later I have yet to receive a refund for it's cost of $81.94. To make matters more concerning, they also charged me a Georgia ELT fee even though the vehicle was being tagged out of the state of Georgia . That $197.99 fee was not forwarded to my home state as a tag fee, which raises even more questions about their practices. Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. If you choose to buy from this dealership, do not rely on their descriptions or verbal assurances—their word was meaningless in my experience.

Last week, my wife and I had a great experience dealing with Stafford and Mark. We traded in our C7 Corvette for a C8 Corvette. There were no pressure tactics or upsells. What you want, is what you get. It was well worth the four hour drive from Alabama. Their sales and finance staff (Greg) are very friendly and professional. We highly recommend them.

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 Rivian R1T Adventure Package (Stock #NN007505). The vehicle was advertised online at $46,700. However, when I received the buyer’s worksheet, the dealership added a $999 documentation fee on top of the advertised price. I asked if the fee could be removed or included in the advertised price, but the dealership declined. Under guidance from the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, non-government fees such as dealer documentation fees are supposed to be included in the advertised vehicle price. Only government fees (tax, tag, title) should be added separately. Because of this, I filed a complaint with the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. I even emailed the sales manager, Gustavo E Belzares, giving the dealership the opportunity to resolve the issue and complete the purchase by removing or adjusting the $999 fee, but I never received a response. I was genuinely ready to buy the truck that same day. Unfortunately, the pricing practice and lack of response prevented the deal from moving forward. I hope the dealership becomes more transparent about their advertised pricing so customers know the true cost before visiting.
