Scam. Scam. Scam!!! My internet search pointed me to Rick Hendricks Duluth location as having the vehicle I was looking for. I clicked "Have a salesperson contact you", My internet search pointed me to Rick Hendricks Duluth location as having the vehicle I was looking for. I clicked "Have a salesperson contact you", and immediately thereafter Heather Lewis called me back. She said they not only had one such vehicle, but also another. I made the appointment to see them for the next day. 3 additional emails were sent from Heather as well as 2 additional texts on where to meet her and when. After a 50 drive to reach the dealership, my husband and I entered the showroom, saw my name on the whiteboard, and asked for Heather. Curtis stepped us to help us to say that he would be helping us. He asked what we were looking for then said that vehicle was just sold. When we questioned him further, he said there was never either of the cars we came to see. Gigs up! Just a scam to get people into the dealership. BTW, none of their locations ever had the vehicles Heather described, sent me pictures of, or posted on the internet. We won't fall for this again nor will we go back to Rick Hendricks. Are they that desperate for business? Must be. More
