This is a deceptive practice, fooling people and trying to get them to sell their cars at ridiculously low prices. This is a shameful practice and no honest dealer would even try this. Stay away. Everything that was told to me was a lie. Now I have no car, my cobalt is gone. No money returned nor my trade in.
