Our sales man was great but we had problems with our financing and did not get the rate we were told we were going to get we had to go to the dealership 2 times to deal with these issues and another tim financing and did not get the rate we were told we were going to get we had to go to the dealership 2 times to deal with these issues and another time to get a second drive off sticker because the financial person we were working with said he would e mail it to me and did not. Every time I had an issue I called Nathan and even if he was busy he would show up at the dealership and made those 3 extra visits much easier. Thank You Donna Brown. More
I rode to SF with Dr. Helene Valenti,a friend of mine, in her brand new Ford Fusion the same day I bought my 2012 Ford Fusion. I had a 2006 BMW 325i and was considering trading it in for another used 2008 B her brand new Ford Fusion the same day I bought my 2012 Ford Fusion. I had a 2006 BMW 325i and was considering trading it in for another used 2008 BMW with low mileage. I paid less for my brand new Ford Fusion than what I would have paid for a 2008 used BMW. I was highly impressed with the staff, service and professionalism of this dealership. I have never owned a Ford but was instantly impressed and will recommend this dealership to anyone who questions me about my experience at Rich Ford. I am very pleased and satisfied with my purchase at this dealership. I had been looking for a BMW for about 3 months at Sandia BMW and online with a friend of mine who is a private dealer. My family has bought three cars from rich ford in the last three years. Cody Kenney has been the saleman on all three. He has made buying a new car a pleasure verses a hassle. My husband and I went in to inquire about a used vehicle that we were very interested in. I was excited to purchase my vehicle through this dealership because I know the owner's family very well through var that we were very interested in. I was excited to purchase my vehicle through this dealership because I know the owner's family very well through various school and church functions and they are a great family so I was more than happy to give them my business... Unfortunately, after the test drive, the experience took an awful turn. I feel like our salesman looked at us and saw that we were a young family so decided that he wasn't going to help us out at all. When our credit was ran, there was a mishap with one of our scores and from there on out he pretty much told us that there was nothing we could do. Now, normally I would have been ok with that, however I know that the report was wrong because a week ago I was approved for a brand new car at double the cost of the one we were looking at here. also, there is no way that a credit report would be ran as "N/A" when a person has a line of credit... Not only was he not helpful, the morning after our inquiry, he was very rude and belittling on the phone with my husband and I the next morning. It's too bad because maybe if he would have been a little more helpful or considerate for that matter, we may have had the car that we really want and he would have made a little extra money. The customer service was the worst customer service I've ever had! More

I purchased a new 2011 Ford Edge in June 2011. Their price was very competitive with other southwest regional dealerships (NM, AZ, CO, and TX), and the customer service provided by Nathan (sales rep) wa price was very competitive with other southwest regional dealerships (NM, AZ, CO, and TX), and the customer service provided by Nathan (sales rep) was outstanding. After the sale, Nathan kept in close contact while we waited for the car to arrive at the dealership (it was so new it hadn't yet been delivered from Ford). Once it arrived, Nathan had the car detailed and parked in the middle of the showroom to make sure it didn't get dirty. He spent a long time with my wife and I explaining all of high-tech features of the car, including MyFord Touch. Though I have not used the service department yet, it looks very professional and the "Fast Lane" technician I met was quite friendly and down-to-earth. More
Having been in sales in the past I found that Nathan was very knowledgable about his product and not once did he tell me "I'm not sure, let me find out" which is also a good answer, to admit that you don't very knowledgable about his product and not once did he tell me "I'm not sure, let me find out" which is also a good answer, to admit that you don't know and find out the answer quickly. Nathan knows his product, believes in his product, therefore he was very effective in selling his product to me! There was no pressure when my wife and I said we would go to dinner and talk. Nathan didn't pressure us by asking for contact information before we left. Although Nathan was busy delivering a vehicle to another customer while we were there, he made efforts to walk by us and let us know what his current timeline was. He also stayed late to walk me to my new truck long after I knew he was supposed to be off work. This was a positive expierence due to the high level of customer service and this salespersons knowledge of the product. I will recommend Nathan to my friends and family! More
