Never again Bought a car (brand new) 4 yrs ago...have had 7 recalls, one of which my back door flung open on the freeway with my child in the backseat. Altnernator just went out and they wanted to charge me almost $800 dollars to fix it when the part only cost $100. Price gouging and VERY poor costumer service. Never again will I go to Rich Ford on Lomas. More
Service department doesn't value customers' time I went in for an oil change and was told it would take an hour. My service adviser went to lunch in the middle of it and I didn't hear from him for three hours. The best they could do to make up their lack of communication and for wasting my time was a coupon for a free car wash. Never coming here for service again. Edit: The service manager has since reached out to me and assured me that the lack of communication displayed yesterday will be addressed properly. Since something is being done to prevent situations like this from reoccurring, I'm happy to say I now view the dealership in a more positive light. It was unfortunate that this happened on my first visit but I'd now be glad to give them another chance. More
Not trust worthy sales person. I purchased a ford fiesta se 2017. The angreement he promised us was $14,800 including the tge gap. When after a couple of days reviewing the purchased agreement we got charged a whooping $750 on of the $14,800. I went there to clarfy things and first talk to the sales person and confirmed it with him and he said yes it should be included in the $14,800. Went to the finance petson who handled it and the sales person said it should be included with e price. Finance manager said call your manager and fix it. Sales manager came in and was implying iam making up stories and signed the contract. Yes we signed the contract trusting that what the sales person was included in there. Its only money i told the sales person i would pay it, i was asking him to tell them what he said to me when we agrred on the deal. Because it was and my wife heard it from his mouth yes it was included. The sales person answered me ahhhhhh! I realky dont know what i said. I asked him again so you are saying i came here and iam just making lies about it? He replied iam saying yiu are but iam not sure what isaid. Just what said in my othe review. You can easily earn the money but its hard to earn TRUST!!! More

After an analysis I was told it needed a new module. The part had to ordered from Ford. The part Ford sent did not fix my problem. A new module was sent and everything is fine now. I would like to praise my service advisor Miss Christine for her work in getting my Escape back into working order. If there was a rating system of more than five stars I would rate her as ten. More
Worst service center ever used Booked a service online explaining warranty items to be repaired on my new Ford F250. Took it in on 7:50am on day 1. Ford kept vehicle for 3 days without any offer of alternative transportation and only completed service (about 2 hr job) and one other warranty repair (of 4). Told service person that I need the warranty repair for trailer lights not working to be done. When I got my vehicle at 5pm (3 days later) they forgot about 1 item (although clearly written down), never ordered a repalcement door rubber (warranty) stating that 3 days are not enough, never looked at lights. Service person blaimed the mechanic and said he should have done it. I will NEVER take my Ford back to Rich Ford in ABQ again. More

It was frustrating and time consuming dealing with; however, everyone at the dealership went above and beyond whenever they could. There was no reason for us to not buy from them again once Ford Motor Co. bought the defective car back. We've bought from them a couple times now and will continue to do so. More
Disappointing! We took our vehicle into the service department to get our brakes bled. They quoted us $55. Three months later, and $1800 more, we had the ABS replaced. They kept making excuses that there was always something else wrong with the car. They even called us and said our battery was no good and that they couldn't even run a diagnostic test on it. We advised them the battery was brand new, we just bought it. We had to go back to the dealership, pick up the battery and take it back to Auto Zone to get it checked. They said nothing was wrong with the battery, but replaced it with a new one because the "Dealership Service Department" wouldn't recharge it after they drained it. They FINALLY called us to pick up our vehicle. My husband went to drive off, and guess what? NO BRAKES!! WHAT?? $1800 and 3 months later, and no brakes. Tony called my husband and told him, "the car is fine, I drove it and it had brakes, maybe your power steering needs to be fixed. Really!! How are the brakes and the steering related? Something fishy going on here. We had to leave our vehicle there because we have no brakes and did not want to wreck on the way home. Maybe, we should have taken it somewhere else, where they know what they are doing? Don't take your car here if you need it in a timely manner or if you don't want to end up paying 1000 times more than you expected. I don't think they know what they are doing, and the service department staff in very rude. Like it is our fault they didn't fix the car right. More
Scammed at rich ford Brought 2015 explorer here, got it via my employers purchase plan so only negotiations was for service plans, extended warranty, etc, they totally sca Brought 2015 explorer here, got it via my employers purchase plan so only negotiations was for service plans, extended warranty, etc, they totally scammed us by telling us we were getting a premium service plan ($800) and charged us for it but put it in as a basic. So now I've paid over $400.00 for 3 oil changes because once I discovered their error all they offered was a partial refund and said that's the best they can do. I would recommend going anywhere but here for a vehicle or service. More
