TO FINISH THE SERVICE THAT I WAS THERE FOR I WAS TOLD 4-5 HO I WAS TOLD 4-5; HOURS TO DO AN OIL CHANGE; DO A RECALL SERVICE { 1-HR}; DO A $ 129 DETAILING. I ADDED A TIRE ROTATION. I ALLOWED 1-HR FOR THIS. TOTAL I WAS TOLD 4-5; HOURS TO DO AN OIL CHANGE; DO A RECALL SERVICE { 1-HR}; DO A $ 129 DETAILING. I ADDED A TIRE ROTATION. I ALLOWED 1-HR FOR THIS. TOTAL 5-6 HRS FOR ALL. I DROPPED THE TRUCK OFF AT 8:50 AM. I CALLED AT 3 PM TO SEE IF THEY WERE DONE. THEY SAID IT WAS GOING TO TAKE BETWEEN 1- 1.5 HRS MORE -- NO EXPLANATION WHY ! I SPOKE WITH THEM AT 4:37 PM WHEN THEY SAID MY VEHICLE WAS READY FOR PICK UP. NO EXPLANATION WHY IT TOOK SO LONG. AFTER ARRIVING HOME, I INSPECTED MY VEHICLE. I FOUND THAT WHAT EVER THEY USED TO CLEAN THE INSIDE AND THE OUTSIDE WAS NOT WIPED CLEAN. I CLEANED WHAT THEY DIDN'T. I HAD THE SAME DETAILING DONE LAST YEAR WHICH WAS MUCH BETTER. IT DID NOT APPEAR THAT THEY USED ARMORAL ON THE SEATS -- NO FRESH SMELL AND SEATS WERE NOT SLIPPERY. DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS YEARS SERVICE. -- NO EXPLANATION FOR LENGTHY SERVICE TIME -- OTHER THAN THEY SOLD A LOT OF CARS. I WILL STILL RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICE, BUT WOULD HOPE TO GET MORE TIMELY AND BETTER SERVICE NEXT TIME. MATT THE SERVICE PERSON DID OK -- COULD HAVE CALLED ABOUT THE DELAY AND GIVE AN EXPLANATION. AS FAR AS THE SERVICE GIRL THAT I REACHED WHEN I CALLED BACK TO SEE WHEN MY VEHICLE WOULD BE READY-- SHE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 5-MINUTES, I HUNG UP AND CALLED BACK-- SHE SAID SOME HOW THE CALL WAS LOST. HOWEVER THE ON HOLD MUSIC WAS STILL PLAYING WHEN I HUNG UP TO CALL BACK. DISSAPPOINTED OVERALL! More

Just moved here I was hoping to find a Jeep dealership that was as excellent as the one I bought my 2019 Jeep from in Sauk city when we moved here .....and I did! The shop was clean and shop manager was knowledgeable and professional..I had 2 recalls and minor services done....could use a more comfortable and private waiting room as it was awkward to sit right next to a sale person and not avoid hearing his entire sales transaction with a customer and when your waiting 2 hours comfortable furniture would be nice! More
