Reinstated confidence I've usually steered clear of dealerships for all but 2 of my vehicle purchases....I've owned 14 vehicles. Pat (my sales person) was nothing but he I've usually steered clear of dealerships for all but 2 of my vehicle purchases....I've owned 14 vehicles. Pat (my sales person) was nothing but helpful and understanding of my needs and situation. Wasn't "sold" on the Wrangler I test drove. However, unpon parking that a 2019 Trailhawk caught my eye. 35 minutes later I was approved for my trade-in and payment schedule. I am in LOVE with my Cherokee Trailhawk and am so thankful I saw Pat when I did. My experience was better than any I've ever had with a dealer. No pressure or pushy behavior, just patience. I proudly tell anyone I bought my ride from Rhinelander Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I will again when the time comes. More

Jeep experience !!! Well, lots to say.... The sales man " Shawn " was very friendly and showed all the different jeep models. He took the time out to test drive differen Well, lots to say.... The sales manager was a tough negotiator..... wow.... but a very nice man. I traded my 2015 Dodge Challenger scat pac / shaker , which I loved.... but time to get AWD SUV. Previous I had a 2003 Toyota Highlander AWD Limited which was amazing.. and a 2016 Infinity QX50 AWD which sucked on gas mileage and used premium gas sucked in the SNOW.... so I walked out with a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited... price could have been alittle cheaper ( only thing bad ) This place rocked.... they also sent 2 letters by mail before to congratulate me on my new Jeep.... thumbs up ?????
