Broke down on the road My family and i were on vacation towing our 2017 Wrangler Unlimited Sport behind our RV. We unhooked and found our jeeps transmission would not go in My family and i were on vacation towing our 2017 Wrangler Unlimited Sport behind our RV. We unhooked and found our jeeps transmission would not go in gear. I contacted Rhinelander Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and they told me to bring the JK into their service center which i did. The next day i heard back from Bob the service manager indicating our transmission was bad and needed to be replaced. Bob went went over all the details explaining the issues and what the solution would be and how long it would take for the repairs. Two great points: 1. It was under warranty! 2. When the repairs were finished he would have it delivered to me in our home town. I received the JK back and it's running great again, thanks to to the service team at Rhinelander Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! Well done More
