First time visit to Rhinelander C,D,J,R, I was pleasantly surprised with the laid back relaxed atmosphere in the dealership. I was greeted by Brandon, a young salesman. After explaining what I was looking for, Brandon allowed us to drive a Ram truck while he explained the many features. Brandon agreed to search for the vehicle we wanted and to get us an exact lease price. The next day Brandon called with a price that was surprisingly acceptable. We drove to the dealership, went over the paperwork, drove the actual Ram truck we were leasing, all questions answered, signed the paperwork, and drove our new Ram home. That all happened two weeks ago. Since then, two add on accessories came in and were installed. The Service department employees did an efficient job and the accessories are perfect. Without hesitation I will recommend my friends, family, and anyone who asks, to trust this dealership. More
