Came for oil change, bought new van All in all it was a satisfactory experience in purchasing a new vehicle. I have the benefit of getting a set price on new cars from my retirement from PPG, so that was not an issue. Since price is set for all dealers I contact, the dealer and people must go the extra mile to earn my business. This dealership did that and more, everyone was friendly and did what it took to make the sale and make me and my wife happy with the purchase. My salesman Justin answered all my questions and got back to me promptly whenever I wanted to know something he had to check on. Hopefully this will extend to servicing our van as time goes on, but for now, everything went A-OK. More

RIPOFF!!!!!!! I don't know how they stay in business. The car has damaged windshield- per Dave we will fix that. They didn't. Noise under the car like something loose, per Dave "That's the all wheel drive/traction control kicking in when you drive over ruff/cracked or holes in the road." BIG LIE!!! The stablizer racks that hold the stablizer bar was loose and had to be replaced per inspection at another dealership which was fixed to the toon of $250. Which they also didn't cover. The front driverside tire leaks air and the tire sensor is on when we took it for a testdrive. Per Dave tires are sensitive and you just need a pound or 2 and the sensor will turn off, but if there is a problem with the tire we'll fix it. Took the car back because the tire needs air once a week, they said they replaced the sensor in the tire. Per the other dealership I had inspect the car, the sensorstem leaks because of corrosion. How can it be corroted when Rhinelander dodge said they replaced it? Another lie!!!! When I confronted them about the tire and having to replace the stablizer racks, that I wanted the tire fixed and not lied to about it and that I thought they should reimburse me for at least 1/2 the cost of the repair. They took my car checked the tire came back said yes its bad and would be $80 to fix and they were not going to cover it or reimburse me for any of the repairs I had to have done. I bought this car July 14th 2014 and we've only put 6000 miles on it. This is the worse dealer/business I've ever had the misfortune to incounter. I would not recommend them to my worse enemy. My greatest joy would be to see this dealer be put out of business. My next comment will be to the head offices of dodge,chrysler,jeep. Dealerships like this one gives them a bad reputation as well. Also wondering how many other people were ripped off by them that may not even know it yet! Have you had service done there? Better get it checked out by another dealer to make sure they actually did the work. You may have just paid for there donuts instead of the service. Angry in Rhinelander More

lied about service done Took my car into them to fix the defective tire on the car I bought from them. They said the tire sensor was bad and replaced it. Rhinelander chrysler,dodge,jeep,ram service center said they replaced it? They didn't replace it and said they did. When I confronted them they said "oh well we're not covering it" said they wanted $80 to fix it. I told them to forget it. Then they wanted me to pay them $21 for checking the tire and telling me they are screwing me. How many others are getting ripped off by their service, I mean non-service!!!!!!!!!!!! More

My wife & I grew up & learned to drive in the 50's, & I've been a "car guy" ever since. My wife, on the other hand, is interested only that a car be dependable & reasonably economical to operate. We do agree though that the dealer must be honest & treat us with respect. Having successfully operated our own business in Northern Wisconsin for over 26 years, we readily recognize these attributes here. We wish them success & hope they will be a part of our community for years to come. More
