This is going to be a long review but listen up please, Two years ago prior to Eagle River getting a RAM dealership, I was shopping for a RAM long story short I found the sales staff hard to find and or deal with. Recently I purchased a 2500 from Eagle River Ram and holy sh** was i blown away. When my recalls came up Rhinelander Chrysler contacted me I decided against my better judgment to give them another shot, a lot can change in two years. Rite?.... wrong lack of customer awareness (I can’t bring myself to write care) is at an all time high RAM and Cummins mean family we wave head node to one another. Not the story at Rhinelander Chrysler I waited two hrs for recall repairs and as many of us certainly do I poked my head inside the floor model you know “always shopping” I was ignored mind you I’m decked out in my cummins hoodie and SEMA hat, not only was i passively ignored most of the sales staff retreated to their break room, it was only when my 15’ 2500 Cummins was brought around that i was nearly chased out by sales staff trying to make a sale. Sneaky Engine Critters Really appreciated the careful way the service associate explained everything. I was there for basic service but they brought me back to the work area Really appreciated the careful way the service associate explained everything. EVEN THOUGH THERE DIAG FOUND ENGINE FLOODED AND MISFIRED IN CYLINDER 2 AND 4 AND FOULED OUT THE PLUGS. I GOT A HOLD OF JEEP CUST. SERVICE AND THEY xx IT OUT AND SAID THE DEALERSHIP REPORTED IT AS MAIN. AH NO. I BOUGHT IT PRE OWNED AND PUT ONLY ABOUT 4,000 MILES ON IT SINCE I BOUGHT IT JAN. 2018. Very Acommodating I found a vehicle that I was interested in online at CarTrader.com I called to verify that it was still there and available. I live 3 hours away fr I found a vehicle that I was interested in online at CarTrader.com I called to verify that it was still there and available. I live 3 hours away from Rhinelander and we got there to look at the vehicle at about 15 minutes to close. The salesman ( Sean Mullen) was very pleasant and stayed well beyond normal working hours to show us, and test drive the vehicle. More

AFTER A FEW WASHES THE PAINT SHOULD ALOT OF SCRATCHES AND SWIRLES. I CONTACKED JEEP AND THEY CONCLUDED IT WAS NOT A WARRENTY. IN THAT I FOUND OUT I WAS THE 3RD (1ST OWNER RENTAL CAR) OWNER ON A 2017. I DID NOT KNOW THIS WHEN I BOUGHT IT. I WAS GIVEN THE IMPRESION I WAS THE 2ND OWNER. ALWAS BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THEM YOU KNOW THE HISTORY ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE BUYING AND WHO OWNED IT ( YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY TOOK A CARE OF THE OUTSIDE). IF YOU DO NOT, WALK AWAY.. Not sure what their pay plan is but most salespeople are paid by how much they sell. I called to inquire about a vehicle and was sent to voicemail. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and was given a salesperson who when I asked if they were the manager they said no the manager is on the phone and won't be off for 20 minutes. I called back and asked for the general managers name. 5 minutes later the sales manager called me back and said he would get back to me in no more than 20 minutes. It's been an hour and a half. Pathetic. I can't imagine how this place stays in business if this is their way of treating customers. If I were the owner I would be very upset with the fact that they just xxxx away opportunities to sell vehicles. I'm certain the owner takes the risk of owning a dealership because the reward they receive by selling their product. This team is poorly suited to give toe owner the return on their investment. At the least they are negligently missing opportunities to make the dealer more money. If I were the owner I would be very disappointed to find out that the people I paid extremely well were not doing everything possible to take advantage of the opportunities pr dented to them. A phone call has to be one of the cheapest ways to get a sales lead. More
Recall means dealership won't return your call! Initially, I called service depart several months ago about the airbag recall. They said they did not have the part and would call when it arrived. I had to call them back several times. Once I was there, it took 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge I was there. Won't be going back to buy a car/truck. More
