Reliable Nissan

These folks didn't seem to want to sell cars. I don't expect any dealership to give me a car but I do expect them to be reasonable, especially when trying to buy last year's model. For the 2013 model we were interested in they had around 15 on the lot. 2014s are arriving in a couple of weeks but they seemed to want to hold on to the 2013s. It's not the good old days for car dealers when they had all the information and buyers had none. We pretty much know what cars are worth today as they sit on your lot. I would not go so far as to not recommend this dealership to someone else. You may have better luck than I did. More

My old car had just died, finally, and i had heard a lot about the new nissans. I called and talked to a nice guy who answered all my questions quickly and nicely. It was awesome! We went for a drive once we found the one that fit my needs. I was almost instantly sold. We sat down and they gave me a great price that fit right into my budget. The whole process was totally painless and quite enjoyable. I will gladly shop with them in the, very distant, future. This Sentra is awesome and I will keep it a long time. More

I was looking for a new, inexpensive, car to use on my long commute. I called and set up a time to come to Reliable and they were great! Right away they sat me down and asked some great questions to make sure they got all my concerns addressed. Then they pulled up a Versa. It was perfect! it was a really nice blue color, and had lots of nice things like power windows and locks and even the auxiliary port for my phone! We went for a drive and they explained all about the car in easy to understand terms and answered all my questions. We got back and they were very straight to the point with numbers and it was great because the car i drove and really liked was right in my budget! I love the car and will gladly go there for service too! More

I wanted to find a new off-road vehicle. I have been doing a lot of camping and hiking lately, and needed something with plenty of room and power and off-road capability. I looked at the main offering from Toyota and Honda but didn't like them much. I put in a request for info an the Nissan Xterra online and got a call after just a few minutes from Eric. He told me they had a few in stock. I set up an appointment to look at one. The Xerra is amazing! Lots of room, for people and stuff, lots of power, and they look sweet. After a short drive, on road and dirt roads I knew it was perfect. They got me a great deal, and i got a really good interest rate through my bank. Eric was very knowledgeable, and even told me that he drove an older Xterra that was still running strong. He made sure to mention all the cool features that are exclusive to the Xterra. It was a very pleasant experience and I am looking forward to lots of great camping and off roading. More

They went over the features and we went for a test drive. While on the test drive they had someone appraise my trade in. When we got back we sat down and went over the numbers. There was no back and forth, they were very straight forward and upfront. It was a very easy process and I got a car that I love! I will gladly refer friends and family to call them when they need a new car. More

(which we loved) We wanted to see a couple other vehicles before we made the decision. We liked the other cars just as much as the juke, but we were impressed by how friendly and genuine Adrian was. I scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle, when I arrived the Altima was pulled up front waiting for me. The whole process was extremely easy and up front. I had a really great experience over at Reliable Nissan, Abdul and Greg were great and really listened to my concerns and needs. They were able to make a great deal for me. Very bad experience had engine work done there they forgot a part full 60 days later less than 1500 miles on the car and somehow it's my fault. The mechanic there left an engine bolt out which slowly drains my oil over 1500 miles and now my engine has a knock and they won't warranty their work.Will never use or work with this dealership again!!!!!
