We began working with Reliable Nissan through the NEA union, which provides a auto program similar to Costco's and others; it guaranteed a price of $300 over invoice for a vehicle equipped exactly as I s union, which provides a auto program similar to Costco's and others; it guaranteed a price of $300 over invoice for a vehicle equipped exactly as I specified. I was contacted very quickly by Leila Fahkrai who provided a great experience over the phone. Even though Reliable did not have a vehicle that matched my desires, Leila located one almost immediately that was "in transit" to another dealer. I expressly asked what it would cost to attain that vehicle, and she assured me it was a free process for their dealership. As that evening was the end of a $750 incentive we agreed to make the 45 minute drive to Reliable and discuss buying that night. This is where the good story ended. When we got there we asked for Leila as she directed, but instead began working with Bob Paton for some reason. He offered to bring around a vehicle similar to the one Leila had located for us to test drive so we agreed and took a short trip. When we got back Bob began drawing up papers to purchase *that* vehicle, but my wife and I kindly informed him we were here about a different vehicle promised us. He seemed ignorant of this fact, so he went to talk to Leila, who then decided to come greet us. At that point she decided to inform me that our guaranteed pricing would not cover vehicles outside of their stock and it would cost additional money to bring the vehicle to Reliable. We persisted with our desire for what was promised, at this point being out a couple hours of our time and lied to. They came back with an offer to attain the vehicle for a mysterious $800 fee on top of the invoice + $300 price. At no time would they tell us where the vehicle actually was, or how and when it would reach Reliable. They claimed it was "in the process of shipping", and that it was at "the railyard" where it would be put on a transport for them. I have asked for a itemized list showing where the $800 fee originates, but have been told none exists. At this point we tentatively agreed to the pricing and moved on to our trade-in. I imagine this experience is similar to what most people go through, magical values, doublespeak, promises that they will only make a tiny profit on your vehicle. At their first lowball offer one salesman tried to make the connection between the two completely different vehicles' trim packages, and how we were "moving up" so we should get less value for our trade. What kind of logic is that? I finally pulled the trigger for my wife and I because I was the biggest fool in the room, besides what's a little cash between "friends"? Why oh why do new-car dealerships still exist in today's world? We then ended the night the way all car purchases end, with someone else trying to sell us outrageous service contracts at "their cost" - Reliable Nissan won't even sell you a Nissan-backed warranty! Feel free to contact me if someone ever finds that document outlining your $800 transportation fee, the dealership that owned it turned out to be just a few hours away according to our window sticker. It was excellent working with Jeremy (and John in the finance dept). Both were very knowledgable, courteous, and easy to work with. Negotiated price was outstanding, particularly with the manufacturer finance dept). Both were very knowledgable, courteous, and easy to work with. Negotiated price was outstanding, particularly with the manufacturer rebates. Jeremy was very capable in explaining pricing, options, and working with management on getting me the best price. I would recommend both to anyone I know looking for a Nissan. More

Came in today after we had purchased an Altima from them about 2 months ago. We came in to cancel their so called "Maintenance Plan" which technically only includes three oil changes a year, and a set of fr about 2 months ago. We came in to cancel their so called "Maintenance Plan" which technically only includes three oil changes a year, and a set of free windshield wipers for $2000. Now the plan when it was explained to us included wear and tear with it; however, we did our own investigation and found out it didn't! It is clearly written in the papers, and luckly for us, we were able to attempt to remove this price tag off of our total price. Now we passed by the dealership to have them sign some papers to get this plan removed from our total. We spoke with Paul who had one of his sales reps go out and get the miles on the odometer. When they came back in, Paul rudely asked me why we were removing the plan. I told him "she wanted to", in return he tells me that it is not a good enough reason. Wait a minute, is it up to these total monsters to make the decision for the consumer? I highly doubt it. I made him sign it, and made him give me a copy. He claims it will take 4-6 weeks for this process to be completed, little he knows, I have this documented and I am jut about ready for a nasty law suit if this is not completed. I made sure a witness came along with me to confirm his own words. When we were about ready to leave, Pauls has the nerve to stop me and ask me why we submitted a review about the dealership instead of speaking directly to them. In his own words "Why didn't your fiance come in and talk to us, and instead bash us all over the internet?". I am sorry Paul, and I hope you read this; she is entitled to her own opinion, and matter of fact you need to learn how to speak to your customers rather than attempt and place them under the spotlight when they are in your domain. I will file a complaint tomorrow morning with Nissan, and do the same with the BBB. I am not going to let this situation pass by as you sit their and target simple buyers. Stop calling my fiance as well, as she is highly fed up with your daily rude awakenings trying to get her to change her review in order for you guys to make more money. In other words, we did not give you 10s as you have requested, we plan on simply reviewing this dealership on every possible dealer website, including all local and national car forums. We know the internet, in a similar way that you know cars, we are here to give the public what they need; the truth. If you want to apologize for your rudeness, please do so, my phone number is 505-730-5633. If you think your approach was by un-professional, childish and overall rude, then I will accept an apology. Otherwise, it is a battle for people to see what Reliable Nissan is capable of if you don't get down to the full details with them. Watch out buyers, I highly recommend visiting Meloy Nissan on Lomas for your next purchase. I am doing so to buy my Armada this weekend. Buyer beware! More
I came in to the dealer with a definitive idea of what I wanted to purchase if I were to purchase a new vehicle from Nissan, I was somewhat skeptical of being able to get what I wanted for the price I was w wanted to purchase if I were to purchase a new vehicle from Nissan, I was somewhat skeptical of being able to get what I wanted for the price I was willing to spend. Overall, I had a very good experience buying my new car, I got what I wanted and the people I worked with worked to make sure I was satisfied and everything fit into my price range. The only gripe I had is that I was paying for the car outright and did not have any intention to finance and I felt the Finance person I dealt with was a bit pushy at first, but I can hardly blame them as they are just doing their job and once it was established that I was not will to finance something I can afford to buy up front, there were no other issues at all. Don was great in working with us. The start of the deal was a little shaky, and we almost left. The terms presented were ridiculously high, so in the future it might be advantageous to find out some inform was a little shaky, and we almost left. The terms presented were ridiculously high, so in the future it might be advantageous to find out some information first, such as credit history before putting out such a ridiculous initial offering, but Don was willing to work with us and asked for our patience before continuing, but it worked out in the end. Also, one note is the finance person Craig did a great job explaining all the warranties and programs available, but quite frankly it was too long, and we've been through all this before. However, when we left we felt like we were treated very well, and very fairly, and we got a great vehicle. More

Everyone in the dealership with which we had any contact, from sales to service, was incredible. Joe Wasserman went over and above to get us the best deal on our vehicle. We would recommend him and this dealership to any of our friends. Craig, in finance, explained every piece of paper we had to sign and went in to detail as to the pros & cons of our service contract.
