Worst Customer Service I purchased a used 2012 Toyota Camry from Reliable Nissan about 5 weeks ago. I love the car but after purchasing the vehicle I am yet to get help with I purchased a used 2012 Toyota Camry from Reliable Nissan about 5 weeks ago. I love the car but after purchasing the vehicle I am yet to get help with anything. I purchased an extended warranty. After about a week of having the car my maintanance light came on. I call to speak with the service department to set up an appointment. I was transferred to an answering machine and never called back. I ended up taking my car to Larry H. Miller for a needed oil change. I figured I didn't need the warranty if I wasn't going to get service at "Unreliable Nissan." I called the finance department and again was transferred to an answering machine. I left a message, and again no call back. After a few days it had to take time off of work to drive to the other side of town to fill out a form to cancel my warrant since I was still in my 30 window. The form could have easily been emailed to me to fill out. I could have filled out the appropriate section and I could have scanned it and emailed it back. I asked Mark the finance manager for a copy of the form for proof that I had cancelled my warranty. He said he could not provide it and told me to contact MPP the warranty company. I called MPP and they said they never received the form. I was really upset and call Unreliable Nissan back. I was again transferred to Mike, again left a message and again never called back. I called back, asked for Mikes boss, transferred, left a message, and again never called back. This company is only interested in selling cars and that's it. I hope I get their attention now. More

CAR DIDN'T START 20 MIN AFTER PURCHASE !!! Recently purchased a car from this place and not 20 minutes after we bought it and pulled it off the lot, it didn't start. We got it jumped and b !!! Recently purchased a car from this place and not 20 minutes after we bought it and pulled it off the lot, it didn't start. We got it jumped and brought it right back. Their service department checked it and told us there was nothing wrong. This wasn't acceptable to us so we brought it to Quanz Advanced Auto Care ( They were amazing!) who did a complete diagnostic and found the battery needed to be replaced. At this point we spent an additional $260 to have the car checked over and $48 of this was for the battery. At the dealership I requested a refund for this $48 since they did not catch this problem. They REFUSED to pay it! I don't feel like this is an unreasonable request as their service department FAILED to detect the problem. The manager Sammy did not care about customer satisfaction at ALL. It was all about their bottom line. NEVER GO HERE. More

But when I walked into the Reliable Nissan service department, I was greeted cheerfully and made to feel that it was going to be okay. It took about an hour to figure out what was wrong, but I just walked in without an appointment, I was expecting it to take longer. I really felt comfortable and informed while I was there. Even though my dealer warranty has expired, I plan to keep taking my vehicle to Reliable because I trust them to do the right thing, the right way and not gouge you. Thanks, Charles, for being so nice and helpful!! More

Buyer Beware Bought a Titan XD and had some problems with the truck. A collapsed or "seized up" control arm on a truck with less that 15k miles, diesel fumes in th Bought a Titan XD and had some problems with the truck. A collapsed or "seized up" control arm on a truck with less that 15k miles, diesel fumes in the cab and squeaking (again, less than 15k miles)10 days to repair and the squeaking and diesel fumes in the cab were not fixed. At least they replaced the control arm in 10 days. Nissan flew out a special mechanic but Reliable didn't have an "equivalent" loaner vehicle. When I expressed my frustration to the general manager, he responded, "Anyway...I'm not going to be able to help you." If you need a truck (and don't just "want" a truck) I'd stick with Ford, RAM or Chevy. Nissan tried with the Titan XD with Cummins engine, but they don't have a handle on quality control and their dealerships (at least Reliable) doesn't treat customer like they appreciate them purchasing vehicles. I was treated as an inconvenience and won't go back to Reliable or ever buy another Nissan. BUYER BEWARE!!! More

Craig personally pick up my truck from another dealer and had it ready for me when I arrived from my four hour drive. When we got there he greeted us right away, had everything ready for us. Show me around the truck and how everything works. Pam was such a great and cheerful person, took us to the service advisor manager to meet. Gave us our gift. June the finance person was very professional and courteous also. We were also greeted by the Sales Manager who came in and introduced himself. Overall, my impression of the this dealership was very impressive . When a GM of dealership calls you up to make a deal on a truck and promise what he says is very rare that you even get that kind of service from a dealership that make you feel like VIP.
