Sales rep great but take care of switching numbers @ signing Recommend the Nissan brand, and even sales rep, but not the sales management. I went with my father so he could buy a car. Great truck but didn't like the fast talking, complimenting, distracting sales mgr who couldn't produce original agreement papers even after saying "come in and I'll show them to you".... he didn't. Re “LIE” able!!! Buyers Beware!!! This company is by far a full of xxxx and markets FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I was in the market for a used Nissan Rogue. On the website a Buyers Beware!!! This company is by far a full of xxxx and markets FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I was in the market for a used Nissan Rogue. On the website a 2017 Black Nissan Rogue S was valued at $13,495 with 43,858 miles. I called and spoke with a manager of Manny and he was willing to assist in any way. I made a special trip from Denver, Colorado. When I arrived within 24 hours of the call, the manager JR. said he wouldn't honor the price listed on their website due to an employee listing error. Then, they tried telling us that the vehicle had no accidents when 2 out of the 3 reports listed there was an accident. So we passed on the vehicle, and said we would take another rogue which was the 2017 white SV. Listing price was $15,988 and JR said he'd let us take it for $15,000. To make the story short, he comes back and says $17,000! We said, No Deal! This company falsely advertises what they have online and will DICk you around. I wasted 4 hours with this dealership. This is not the place to do business with liars and never precise salesmen! To make matters worse, the Manager JR wanted me to write a negative review about Melloy Nissan! I've never been to that dealership nor spoke to anyone affiliated with that dealership! Reliable Nissan was so desperate for a car sale! By the way, the vehicle listed at $13,495 is now listed at $17,287! More than a SV!! These guys are morons!! More

Worst Nissan dealer ever Took my 2016 Murano in for a recall on 1/17/2019. I asked if they would be able to provide a ride back to my home (8.9 miles from dealership) and was Took my 2016 Murano in for a recall on 1/17/2019. I asked if they would be able to provide a ride back to my home (8.9 miles from dealership) and was told yes. I sat in the waiting room for 3.5 hours while the service writer kept making me promises about a ride home. When my car was ready the driver side column had greasy hand prints all over it. The service writer apologized and offered a free detail. Since I was going out of town I told him I would schedule the work later. This morning I went to look up something in my manual and discovered all my manuals and service receipts were missing. I went back to the dealer and the service writer said they didn't take them out of the glove box. He then wanted me to pay for another set of manuals. I purchased my 2016 Murano from Newton Nissan in Gallatin, TN. I called Bill Newton and he told me he would send me a complete set of manuals at NO charge. Guess that is one reason Newton Nissan is the #1 Nissan Dealer in the USA and Reliable isn't. Sadly Reliable Nissan is the only Nissan dealer close to our home. When it is time for a new Nissan it certainly won't be purchased from Reliable Nissan. More

Non-disclosure of non-cancelable contract for service Dealership sold a service called "ZAKTEK" that is supposedly a paint protector. It is initially applied when the vehicle first arrives at the dealership. During the closing process they sell you the continued service for 3 years. When I reviewed the document while the vehicle was in the shop for the 2nd time in less than 2 weeks (mileage on vehicle 160) I decided it wasn't worth the price ($1,198) so I requested that it be cancelled. I was then told it was non-cancellable even though I have yet to use the product. Shame on me for not noticing this sooner. Shame on the dealership for screwing their customers! More
