Good Afternoon Mr. Diascro. We appreciate your feedback and have accessed your records. Let me assure you that everything done on your vehicle is done by Honda's standards and recommendations. Unfortunately, with so much technology on these new vehicles diagnosing and repairing can be a little harder. On your first visit the codes were cleared and none returned. On your 2nd visit there were no stored codes in the system and the Technician could not get the vehicle to duplicate your concerns. Repairs can not be made without a stored code or obvious part/mechanical failure - of which neither were present at the point of service. A loaner vehicle was provided on both occasions to minimize your any disruption to your schedule. We understand your frustration, but, once again with the technology involved without the vehicle's computer providing what needs repair with a code or a visible mechanical part failure there is no way to repair the vehicle.
