Very poor communication and customer service. If the service is going to take 3-5 days say so. I had to call, leave voicemails and call back constantly for an hour close to the end of the day just to see if my car was actually ready (after they quoted it to be complete). My service rep was almost non-existent, missing our drop off appointment and not there when I was told to pick up the vehicle. I probably will not return. Go to another Hyundai dealership, not any Red McCombs. More

The experience at the dealership was marred by the construction. Everything and everybody crammed into a temporary building. The parking area was also restricted and a tight fit. Although it was extremely busy Ernest was helpful, attentive knowledgeable and easy to work with. He knew what models my loan would accommodate and kept updated on the progress.
