The reason for 4 stars was bc of lack of communication on how long it was going to take to get car washed and prepped and ready to go after finishing the deal with Joseph and Ernest. I would give the service Department 3 stars and the dealers communication about how long it was gonna take 3 stars. We waited way over an Hour … to get car after we financed We kept getting being told 20 more minutes. It was a big disappointment to have been told it was gonna be an easy process and then ending up being at the dealership over 3 hours in total on a week day Thank you Bertha De la Garza More
