Patrick the service manager went above and beyond when we had an unpleasant experience with the service advisor Gilbert Pena. I spoke with a representative about our issue and haven't heard back from anyone. My daughter brought her Ioniq6 in Thursday May 23 for a recall and had no tires low on air but when I came to pick it up Satu heard back from anyone. My daughter brought her Ioniq6 in Thursday May 23 for a recall and had no tires low on air but when I came to pick it up Saturday one tire wouldn't even hold air. The service ticket shows the shop did a tire rotation and I would like an honest answer about what happened to my daughter's tire while in the care of Red McCombs Hyundai. More

Didn't honor the written deal texted in advance adding a bogus $2,000 Environmental something or other fee after i drove for 2 hours down to San Antonio. The dealorship was not properly staffed as there were way more sale staff than customers hanging around while we waited from 1:00pm until 4:00 to meet with the lone finance person. More
