Misdiagnosed my sonata stating that it needed a new transmission. Purchased a manufactured transmission and my car still doing the same thing. Operations director Patrick Stephens drove my car and did transmission. Purchased a manufactured transmission and my car still doing the same thing. Operations director Patrick Stephens drove my car and did notice my car kickbacks when downshifting from 2-1. I informed him that that’s what it was doing prior. He told me he couldn’t figure out what it was. Told me to drive the car with premium gas to see if that would help. Of course it didn’t! Now I’m stuck with a reman transmission and a bill with the car still doing the same thing I took in for. Not a happy customer at alll!!!! I also called to see if I could drop of my car so that they could further investigate the issue. Guy stated the didn’t have enough evidence of the car still doing what it was for me to drop it off. Worst service I’ve had. guess I’m gonna have to gat a hold of my attorney and news this is not right. More
