The dealership is clean. Service department takes forever to repair vehicles, and they can’t even offer loaner vehicles while they take weeks to repair your vehicle. Initially told me it would take two weeks to look at my vehicle, even after I explained the issue was related to the work that was just done on the vehicle recall. I dropped off the vehicle, had to get a r vehicle, even after I explained the issue was related to the work that was just done on the vehicle recall. I dropped off the vehicle, had to get a rental because there is no loaners and 2 hours after I dropped it off they said they got the chance to look at it and there were bolts that were missing from the recall work. My car was burning oil…. So I wasted money on a rental that all could have been avoided through quality of work. More
