I went to Red McCombs and financed a vehicle for my business and was told by finance guy Salvador I was going to be a guarantor for the loan but they submitted me as a co-applicant. Very disappointing business and was told by finance guy Salvador I was going to be a guarantor for the loan but they submitted me as a co-applicant. Very disappointing as I would not have bought the car under those terms. Then a few weeks after financing I got a letter from Ally bank saying they do not approve the loan terms and are modifying the terms and have informed the dealer, but the dealership has not informed me at all of any terms changing to the terms. Very worrisome! More
Oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and vehicle inspection took over four hours. And I had a service appointment. Even worse was that I told the service concierge that my wife told me she had a lig inspection took over four hours. And I had a service appointment. Even worse was that I told the service concierge that my wife told me she had a light that was out. Was told after service that they found no lights that didn't work. The left rear brake is still inop. Should have caught it during multi-point inspection AND/OR state vehicle inspection. On top of that, did not receive military discount even after I showed it to him at check-in. I have three Hyundai vehicles currently serviced at this location and a fourth previously. This was the first time with this concierge. Always had positive interactions with Eddie and Rueben. The cashier has always been professional and polite. Whenever there were issues, we worked them out. This concierge sends other people to the waiting room to deal with the customers. When things are running slow the concierge should meet with customer to provide explanation/update. Just my humble opinion. I said I would recommend this service center. That's because of prior good service, but not if something like this happens again. And I don't know who Alyssa in the Sales Department is, and why I have to rate her to submit my review. Because she has nothing to do with this and I don't want her to get in trouble, I'll give her five stars. More
