I arrived at 8:55 for my 9:00 appointment. I had an oil change and tire rotation and left at 10:35. WAY TOO LONG. Joe was my service advisor. He wasn’t there when I arrived and wasn’t there wh I had an oil change and tire rotation and left at 10:35. WAY TOO LONG. Joe was my service advisor. He wasn’t there when I arrived and wasn’t there when I left. After waiting over an hour and a half, I got up and looked through the glass at the service desk. I saw my keys sitting there with no one doing anything about it. I went to the counter and asked another service advisor if he could give me my keys so I could finally get out of there. Without saying anything he took my paper work and checked me out. I’m done with this service department. The coffee, however, was good. More
