Not knowledgeable about the car I wanted. Extremely pushy about selling up and extras when I already knew the payment and options I wanted. not a reliable finance dept, was told by sales dept i would get .one or two % interest on the $12500 balance as my credit was perfect, instead the finance man would not comply and put me in for 7% intere would get .one or two % interest on the $12500 balance as my credit was perfect, instead the finance man would not comply and put me in for 7% interest. i did not back out of the deal because my wife loved the car. we have bought three cars from Red Mc Combs @ the northwest ford location and were never treated with bait and switch tactics like @ your place,'.sorry but we are done with your place. all because of your finance operation. we paid off the loan @ Hyundai finance as soon as we got the welcome letter.
