Warranty bumper repair I purchased a certified 2010 Lexus HS250h with front bumper damage on it. When I spoke with Richard Venerus he said to bring the car to him and he wou I purchased a certified 2010 Lexus HS250h with front bumper damage on it. When I spoke with Richard Venerus he said to bring the car to him and he would take care of it. I left the car with him and he had this issue taken care of. Unfortunately the problem happened once again so I called Richard and he once again told me to bring the vehicle to him. Richard had the entire front bumper replaced and painted and gave me the choice of any of his loaner models to choose from. Not only did Richard take care of the bumper but went far above and beyond to make my experience with Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold a superb one. My wife also takes her GS 300 for service here and any time she deals with Rich it's a pleasant and easy experience , he always makes sure we are completely satisfied with our appointments and if not he goes out of his way as always to take care of any of our needs, never ever loose this extremely valuable employee , it would be A great loss to the company!
