Bernanrd took the time to go over all the possible options of leasing and financing and let me make the decision on which option was better for me which was also much appreciated. He uses a no pressure technique and gave me different options to make the deal benefit both of us. After purchasing my second Lexus from Bernard I have to say that the service team is outstanding as well. Chris Gioffre and his team of service managers and technicians do everything possible to make the service appointment experience a smooth and painless one as well. They go above and beyond to maintain my RX450h and get me in and out in a timely manner.
