The third lease from Ray Catena & not the last My first experience with Ray Catena was the leasing of an Infinity. Check Engine light I was concerned about my check engine light being on so I called Lexus and spoke with Eric. I have spoken with him before and I have always found him I was concerned about my check engine light being on so I called Lexus and spoke with Eric. I have spoken with him before and I have always found him helpful. I was leaving on vacation next week and I was anxious to get my car in for service. It was a bout 4pm on Thursday and he said he was booked up on Friday. I explained my vacation situation but that I also needed a loaner. He said he could accommodate me in the afternoon. We were in touch and I seamlessly brought my car in around 2PM and got a call around 5PM that my car was finished. Throughout all of our conversations I felt Eric was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and we even talked a little football. I would not hesitate to recommend Eric to anyone who needs service and I think that Ray Catena is lucky to have Eric working there. More

I felt very agitated and flustered with the whole car buying process. It's just confusing and frustrating to me. We'll I finally decided to give Ray Catenary Lexus in Freehold a try. The experience of getting my new RX was so smooth, from start to finish. This was the first dealership I've ever walked into, that I didn't feel overpowered and overwhelmed by the sales associates, and also at the other end of the spectrum, ignored, or not taken seriously. Most dealerships I've walked into, normally made me feel the latter. As soon as I walked in, the woman at the front desk matched me up with my sales rep, Paul Vallejo, who was very kind, warm, and hospitable. He offered me beverages, snacks, and meals through out the entire process. Right away he knew what I wanted. We went for a ride in my chosen vehicle, and showed me every available option and gadget that the car boasts. I told him exactly what I wanted, what I didn't need, and exactly what I wanted to pay. Within minutes, he came back with a list of my vehicle matches, and their keys. I have to say, the only hard part of this purchase, was picking out the color of my new car. My family has been buying their vehicles from Ray Catena for almost 15 years, I don't know why it took me this long to go in to his dealership and finally get treated with the courtesy and respect that I deserve. Everyone there went above and beyond to transition me smoothly into my new SUV. Paul Vallejo was exceptionally great with my entire process. Ray Catena has mad me a customer for life, there's no going back now. Once you've had the best, nothing else compares! More
