We have had the pleasure of working with Chris Gioffre, Manager of the Service Department since the Freehold location open and previously with him at the Lexus Ocean Township location where he was the Asst. Service Manager. Chris, Eric Cohen (our Service Advisor) and most importantly Alex our assigned mechanic treat both our vehicles like they were their very own. I need to point out that our SC300 is 17 years old and the RX330 is 10 years old. They both run as good as the day we took delivery and still look like they are only 2-3 years old. We bring both vehicles in once or twice a year for Alex to check them over and he always gives me a honest assessment of their condition and never recommends work that does not need to be done. I have also found their pricing to be fair for the work done. When it comes time to replace them we will be back for another Lexus because of the outstanding support and service we receive from Chris and his team even when a vehicle is 17 years old. More
