I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who found me a salesman that eagerly attended to my inquiry. He was ambitious to make the sale, but always treated me with respect. Over the course of a couple days, we went from demo to test drive, to locating the car with color/options I wanted to purchase. I'm very pleased with the high caliber service level, the respect I was shown and the eagerness on the part of Paul and his colleagues to make a great impression. The salesman, Doug Inglima, was cordial, very personable, and went over and above to come to terms on what my wife and I felt was a fair and reasonable price for the vehicle. We've already had many compliments and our RX350 and it rides as great as it looks. A young gentleman named Joe went over every detail and answered any questions we had about the tech support of the vehicle and made sure we were totally satisfied before we left the dealership. More

He was very polite and helpful and went above and beyond to help me with getting me my very first Lexus. I don't think I will drive anything else ever again. So along with the facility being very nice, the sales crew is accommodating and a pleasure to work with as well. I am even driving the distance now to get Cashmere serviced there too.
