Dont pric up new car on friday the 13th Fair price, excellent salesman, great support staff. Have no complaints only exceptional praise for the whole experience. Just a freak accident yet dealer took responsibility to assist with repair and gave loner car while it was being fixed. I could not ask for better understanding and help given the circumstances. The sales specialist (Dave Farber) was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. The decision to purchase a car can be extremely overwhelming and the process of selecting the right car is equally overwhelming. Not in this case! Dave Farber went above & beyond and made the experience of selecting the right car easy and fun. He took the time to cover all of the cool features of the Rx and I am really happy with my purchase. I took my car in for a routine oil service and everyone in the service department was tremendously pleasant (especially Joe Insinga). I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase or service an automobile. Outstanding Car Repair Service by Joseph Insinga I am grateful I found Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold, after my car is in need of repairs My repairs this time including: change timing belt and rep I am grateful I found Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold, after my car is in need of repairs My repairs this time including: change timing belt and replace water pump, flush coolant , and replace passenger side view mirror. Plus fixing a few other minor leaks. My service consultant's name is Joseph Insinga. I found him to be a very effective, responsible, and decent professional. He gives you the repair price in advance and asked for your permission before performing the repair. The repair bill is meticulously itemized. He personally explains each itemized charge. I think the price is very fair and they do an excellent job. After my experiences with Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold, I intend to have Joseph continue taking care of my Lexus from now on. My Experience with Lexus Freehold as follow: 1. Service: Knowledgeable, efficient, and fast. 2. Price: Reasonable, in fact their cost is lower than a local repair shop in NJ that I visited. For example: for a transmission flush, Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold is asking $271 plus tax where Platt's Performance plus, New Jersey (the owner ED) has charged me for $399.99 plus tax. Plus the same shop charged $244.09 plus tax to check on my car's odometer. The cost is just for looking at the odometer, not repair. Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold perform the same estimation is free of charge. 3. Feeling: I am completely at ease, feeling comfortable and worry free when I deal with the skillful and honest people at Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold. Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold is the one place we should go, and Joseph Insinga is someone I absolutely can depend on. I hope my experience will help other car owners. Bernard Tremblay has always been a great salesman and has provided the knowledge of the Lexus product to make a logical purchasing decision when buying a car. Back again for another Lexus at Ray Catena of Freehold One year ago in 2013 was the first time we leased any car. We visited Ray Catena of Freehold and were instantly greeted and directed to John Agnese Jr. I am a retired teacher and I immediately knew that John had the heart of a teacher and not a salesman when he explained in detail how a lease worked. We fell in love with the Lexus RX 350 and leased it from John. During the year, we received detailed orientation on the mechanics of the car, and A1+ service. The showroom is pristine the staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable One year later we have now leased a sedan ES 350 from John who is extremely knowledgeable and want to also give kudos to Dean on his tutorial that day when we picked up the car. I have told my family and friends about this wonderful experience and would now like to share this online. More
