The dealership truly goes above and beyond for the customer. Service is clearly their goal and they achieve it with flying colors. Anthony Bruno was my sales person, he was very knowledgeable, patient customer. Service is clearly their goal and they achieve it with flying colors. Anthony Bruno was my sales person, he was very knowledgeable, patient with any issues that were on my end, and truly guided me on my decisions, and didn't "sell" me on anything I didn't want. Joel, the sales manager, greeted me personally and added a level of communication to the entire process that most dealerships do not. This eliminated that alienating feeling of the dealer disappearing behind the curtain that occurs everywhere else. Spencer was my delivery consultant and in a short period of time that he had he went over the RX350 from top to bottom and taught me how to adjust everything from the seat to the lighting timers. Overall this was a wonderful experience and I will definitely come back and recommend others do the same. More
A great selection of CPO cars and a no-pressure approach made buying the 2011 RX-350 a pleasure instead of a chore. Anthony Bruno was great to work with and helped us find a deal that made sense on the car we wanted. The quality of the CPO preparation was the best I've ever seen. Each and every CPO car was close to perfect - looking like brand new cars. It was a choice between a BMW X3 and the RX-350. Same years, same models, same prices - in this case the dealer and salesman made the difference. So far I've stopped by the other Ray Catena store in Ocean Twsp once for a free car-wash, and found the service and friendliness of the service department to be great. Next time I'll have to find an excuse to head out to Freehold again. Thanks again Anthony! My wife loves the car. More

Sometimes, after a car is purchased the sales staff can rush you at the end of the day and not really give you all the time you need to understand the new car features...blue tooth, computer, etc. Anthony was patient and helpful and truly wanted us to have a great experience. Went in on a whim to research, and possibly test drive a CPO RX 350. Dave met us at the door, and immediately made us comfortable and at ease. He lkistened to our needs/wants, and was informative about th CPO RX 350. Dave met us at the door, and immediately made us comfortable and at ease. He lkistened to our needs/wants, and was informative about the car and its features. All of this happened in a very low-pressure environment. After an hour or so, I had left buying a car, at a price right about what I was looking to pay. Overall, a pretty great experience. More

Last month, I purchased a CPO IS 250. We decided on a CPO vehicle due to the "rigorous" inspection. In the beginning of the purchase process, our sales guy was great. When we met him in person, he was CPO vehicle due to the "rigorous" inspection. In the beginning of the purchase process, our sales guy was great. When we met him in person, he was friendly. However, we our confidence of the certification process has been extremely poor. I question whether or not the inspection was really done and the maintenance records are true. On the first day we received the car, the oil maintenance level indicator warning light popped up. The sales person, Ed, reassured me that it was done. Then we noticed that the auxillary audio input was not working properly. I contacted the sales person and he said it would be covered under warranty. I then noticed that a roof trim piece (covering from the front to back of the driver side roof was missing). I contact my sales person several times (at least 5 times with pictures), and he never responded back; unprofessional. Then when I took my car for a state inspection (i live in PA, dealer is in NJ), the state inspector said that the rear brake pad needs replacing. Our windshield wipers are also worn. Why is it that the certification process missed all these items? Did I really purchase a inspected car or was a premium just placed and the CPO label slapped on? Why is that my questions are being ignored? My sales person stressed the importance of a good rating on the survey. I cannot in good conscience give a good rating if my responses are being ignored. I understand that this is a used car, but I also was under the impression that a "CPO" vehicle would not be missing a roof trim, oil indicator light coming on (doubtful oil was even changed now), worn rear brake pads and windshield wipers), and unfunctional auxillary input.
