Well, everyone smiles with you when you are in the process. After the sale, I called and spoke with the finance mgr who was not as friendly. I don't appreciate that, I was still a customer. Steve Brooks, the finance manager, was outstanding in explaining the financing and the option to purchase additional warrently coverage. I purchased some additional items for my new car that had to be ordered. The Service department kept me updated on when the items would arrive and ready to schedule a time that worked for me for installation. Went to the dealership to look and take deliver of a new Dodge truck that I had inquired about from there web page. When I get to the deallership was greeted by a real nice and understanding sales person(Da Dodge truck that I had inquired about from there web page. Went and drove the truck was told all about it was showed all around the dealership and told how great everything thay have to offer a customer who buyes from them. Went to his office waited for him to come back with a price.Then the junk started. Was told that the price that showed on the internet was not a price that the truck could be bought for. Was then told that had to pay over 2000.00 more than the price that was on there web page. Got up to leave and then was ask to wait a miin and would see what he could do. Was told that have to pay delivery charges ( that are on the window sticker). THen met Curtis and was told again that the price i had was the best price and that if I want the truck great but if not it was ok. I left and went right to Lake Norman and walked in and took home the verry same truck (THE MSRP MATCHED). In less than 3 hrs I was on my way back to Salibury in the new truck and had paid 2700.00 less than was told was Gerry Woods best price. Never will I shop and this place and will never tell a single person to shop there. Not a thing you see about there price is true. More
