Gerry Wood salesman Francis Thayil showed both personal and professional customer service. I noticed after purchasing this vehicle a problem with the head lamps, they were defective and the fog lamps were and professional customer service. I noticed after purchasing this vehicle a problem with the head lamps, they were defective and the fog lamps were not working. The service dept. inspected the problems and elected to assist me in having everything scheduled to be fixed. They showed a very professional attitude and concern with my problem.
