He was ready, willing and quite able to answer all of our questions and share information with us. All the other staff members we spoke with were extremely personable and helpful as well. We spent more money than we'd intended, but got a lot of car for the money and are very pleased. They worked so hard to locate the exact vehicle I wanted then put together a deal I couldn't say no too. They made me feel important and didn't pressure me to buy something I didn't want. They didn't have the exact vehicle so instead of trying to get me to settle or buy something else they built it for me. They traded another location and brought in a Jeep for me , and added the upgrades I wanted. I wouldn't go anywhere else after they way they took care of me...Gerry Wood is my dealership for life ! I've already recommended them to several friends. It was about a two hour drive, but worth every mile...I've never seen anyone try harder to satisfy me. These guys are the real deal!!! Bar none the best car buying experience I've ever had in my life. First, I want to set the tone. This dealer is over 2 hours away from where I live. I found a Jeep I liked buying experience I've ever had in my life. First, I want to set the tone. This dealer is over 2 hours away from where I live. I found a Jeep I liked on their website. I contacted the dealer and JC, one of the sales manager's, called me back. I told him what I was looking for and that I was over 2 hours away. We did EVERYTHING over the phone and came to an agreement. The unknowns were they hadn't seen my trade in and I had not seen their car or test driven it in person. I gave the dealer a small deposit to hold the Jeep and a couple days later we made the drive to Gerry Wood. The Jeep had been detailed and was ready for us to test drive. JC had Jake apprised of our conversations and Jake took it from there. The rest is history. We did the numbers and there was NO tricks or slight or hand. They went the extra mile to do this all over the phone and then made sure that the transaction was aligned with our conversations. To sum it up, this dealer has a lot of integrity and I would drive the plus 4 hours round trip again. I highly recommend them. More
