My 2008 Jeep Commander buying experience The experience was good, but turned very bad once I had to bring it back for repairs within 5 days. The first "repair" was a PCM (computer update), of which I paid for, and I had to pay full price for the towing. I don't see how a computer upgrade is considered a repair. Anyway, 4 days later and I'm having taking it back yet once again for the same reason I took it in the first time. I understand that this is an "AS IS WARRANTY" but this kind of aggravation within 10 days even on a used vehicle is just VERY BAD on the dealership. More

He'd just purchased a truck there within the past month. He went on & on about how wonderful they are to work with. I thought 'yeah, right' but saw a vehicle online that I was interested in. My nephew did not exaggerate in the least. I have never been to a dealership where everyone was so friendly, not pushy & really have your best interest at heart. I had an appointment at 7 pm to test drive a vehicle. That didn't work out but the salesman, Francis Thayil, showed me a similar vehicle & let us test drive it. We talked business a bit & then Ryan Young & Francis worked to get us a wonderful deal on a new Dodge Grand Caravan. It met all of our needs, is a fabulous vehicle & we got an excellent deal. Francis, Ryan a a few others stayed until nearly 10 pm, well past their 8 pm closing time, to assist us. I had offered at 8 to come back the next day but Ryan said 'No. No need to come back. Our customers come first' and their actions completely support that statement. I cannot say enough wonderful things about your dealership & the employees. Fabulous! More

He has an very positive attitude toward the product that he sold us. He was very upbeat and straight forward. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Steve Brook is the Finance Manager. He did his best to sell us all the add-on services. If money was no object I would have bought them all but being on a budget we had to turn him down on most of them.
