My in-laws purchased a car from this dealership and the "Sales and Leasing Professional" who filled out the contract forgot to put down the down payment information and my in-laws was given a contract of t "Sales and Leasing Professional" who filled out the contract forgot to put down the down payment information and my in-laws was given a contract of the wrong monthly bills and total fees. The financial advisor didn't even catch the error until we reviewed the issue the next day. My in laws went back to the dealership to fix the issue and didn't even get apology for the mistake! Totally unprofessional even when the Sales professional said they went through two verification to ensure the document and down payment was filled in correctly. Their processing needs to be double checked and audited for accuracy. More

I don't know where to start with this disaster. First of all, don't expect to find what you was looking at on their website actually on the lot. The website states 1600 cars at their Mooresville location. The used car list is a total of all their lots. Everything I wanted to look at was either in Statesville, Concord or Hickory. Then I found a nice little Corolla on the lot. So I went back in to see about doing a pre-qualification on that one. They gave me the run around about what my payments would be and came at me with a way higher number than I wanted to pay. After I raised a little noise about it and was about to leave, the guy told me to hold on and let him see what kind of numbers he could move around. Came back with $70 less per month. Which I agreed on. Went to test drive the car before doing any signing and the guy tells me that someone must have left something on in the car because the battery was dead and they were letting it charge. Now, this morning, I go out to let the car warm up for work, and behold, a dead battery. I'm guessing that testing a battery isn't part of their so-called 150 point inspection. Also, the guy who "detailed" it before giving it to me did a very sorry job. I start driving down the road, notice the glare from the car behind me, and all I see are huge streaks on all the windows! This is your typical dealership. They will sell you whatever they can and won't put any money into the car before doing so. Steer clear of Randy Marion dealerships! More
I have had repeated bad experiences when having service done at the main service area. Not the lower building I have had very positive experiences there. First I dropped my car off at 6am on my way to done at the main service area. Not the lower building I have had very positive experiences there. First I dropped my car off at 6am on my way to work for an 11am appt. When I returned at 1 after my shift my service hadn't even been started yet. I then had to wait for an hour plus while it was being serviced. I asked for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. The tire rotation wasn't even done. The gentleman helping was nice enough and said they took 10 off for the wait yet it was not on my statement. The waiting room is awful. The TV doesn't work, the magazines are more then 1 year old and the furniture is very uncomfortable. I've given them the last try I'm going elsewhere. More
