I am very disappointed in the separate service center you have created. It feels like I'm taking my new truck to a used car lot for service. The quality of service there seems to match as well. When I took my truck in earlier this week, I got out and they were cutting something in the parking lot and foam xxxxx were blowing everywhere, it looked like it was snowing! After going inside and checking my car in, I waited about 20 min for them to even move my car, even thought I had a 9am appt. it didn't move until after 9:20. While waiting on my truck the service adviser was asking another guy in the waiting room about extra services on my vehicle, which I heard but didn't realize he was asking about my vehicle until after all the services were complete and he was trying to send him home with my truck, at which point I realized what was happening and intervened. He gave me the bill and I noticed a $95 for a cabin air filter which I did not request since I can do it my self in about 90 seconds. I asked him to remove that from the bill to which he said it would take a bit but he can have someone do that, I said I would wait. While waiting he had a mechanic go remove the new filter from my truck and remove and reinstall the old one that had been thrown in the trash! Another nice used car lot touch! I had also asked the service advisor to clear the SD card missing notice that keeps popping up when I start the vehicle. After waiting he advised me that I would need to take it to the dealer service center up the street. I asked if he could set it up so I could drive up there at that time, he was unwilling to call up there to find out if they could take me or ask that they get my truck in to look at it. He said that it was up to me to call up there or go up there and try to get in. Needless to say I was very disappointed in my service experience and will not be going back. Overall there is a lack of nice Chevrolet or GMC dealers in this area! They are small, old and rundown dealerships with poor service. So much so that I sold our 2007 suburban back in 2009 and said I wouldn't buy another GM product unless we moved or they built some new dealerships. Well two years ago I gave in, thinking that Randy Marion buying the dealership in Huntersville, NC would fill this need, I was wrong. That dealership is run down and terrible inside too! Every other car manufacturer has a nice dealership within 15 miles of here! I hope GM can find someone to open a nice dealership in this area soon. Until that happens, this will be my last GM product and my last time servicing my vehicle at a GM dealer in this area! More
This is our 14th year bringing our Tahoe for its annual service and once again had an excellent service experience. We had a 9am appointment on Saturday, we arrived at 840am. I told them my wife and I were going to get breakfast and then be right back....We came back at 10:15 and it was not finished yet....so I left 840am. I told them my wife and I were going to get breakfast and then be right back....We came back at 10:15 and it was not finished yet....so I left the wife to wait. It was not completed until 1215pm. To me this is unacceptable for an oil change and tire rotation when we had an appointment...They also did a recall on a child safety test they said was required to do by law. This was our first experience at your establishment and might be the last. I gave them a chance since we bought our car from Randy Marion. Thanks Paul More
My in-laws purchased a car from this dealership and the "Sales and Leasing Professional" who filled out the contract forgot to put down the down payment information and my in-laws was given a contract of t "Sales and Leasing Professional" who filled out the contract forgot to put down the down payment information and my in-laws was given a contract of the wrong monthly bills and total fees. The financial advisor didn't even catch the error until we reviewed the issue the next day. My in laws went back to the dealership to fix the issue and didn't even get apology for the mistake! Totally unprofessional even when the Sales professional said they went through two verification to ensure the document and down payment was filled in correctly. Their processing needs to be double checked and audited for accuracy. More
