The dealership was not helpful at all. They took 3 days to bring my vehicle. I received the vehicle with interior damage on the inside after it being at their “reconditioning” department f They took 3 days to bring my vehicle. I received the vehicle with interior damage on the inside after it being at their “reconditioning” department for days. I was not notified of the issue. The Tesla that i purchase does not hold a charge. I kindly asked to be assisted with finding another vehicle. Nick was great. However, his managers low balled me for the price of my vehicle. Car was sold to me for 29k, however the car is worth 30k. I used KBB like they use. However, they do not use the trade in option, they go by the instant cash price. Which is ridiculous because if I am trading in a vehicle why are you trying to give me the outright price of my car if I am trading it in. They only offered me 26k and eventually went up to 27k. They constantly gave me false information. One manager told the sales rep that I would pay the difference in taxes/fees for the new car due to me only having the vehicle for A WEEK. I get to the dealership (40mins away) and they tell me that I’m being charged taxes and fees AGAIN. They charged me ANOTHER 899 dealer fee. The dealership is VERY unprofessional and I would not recommend it to ANYONE. They go back on their word, they will tell you anything to earn your business just to turn around and tell you something else. I hope this message reaches the corporate office because I do not like how business was handled. Also, the first sales representative that I was working with did not come to see me at all. He was texting me about the car and saying its about to be sold when I was the one buying the car. The company has a lack of communication. More

I cannot remember the Quick Lube Manager's name, but he was equally as great. He fit me in for a last minute walk-in appointment and gave friendly and honest service. More
Confusing. You make appt, they do not tell you if you have to go to main bldg or quick lube. Quick lube has not been my favorite experience. This last time they highly recommended the fuel service based on my mileage? How it was running? They also highly recommended full brake fluid exchange. Did they look at the brake fluid???? The answer is NO! I had both services less than 5800 miles ago at their dealership..... they dont keep records or we just padding bill... More
It would have been nice get some fuel on my second trip to repair some minor issues and get my spare key. I responded to an inquiry of my satisfaction, but received no reply. I think the salesperson was nice, but like what I've encountered before, everyone makes you feel rushed and pressured. I think I got a decent deal and could have gotten a better one if I had had time to be more prepared. More
