It was actually the first time since my car was in warranty that the service was complimentary, so I was very happily surprised!! Really appreciate Rod Rogers for his attention to detail- thank you Rod. Have been pondering what my next vehicle would be- when folks are treated fairly and kindly, it makes the choice a lot easier. Have been coming to Claude Nolan for almost 8 years. (They can be expensive, esp. when folks are trying to thoughtfully maintain their vehicles. I took my vehcile in to have a ignition coil changed, and they gave me the run around from the begining. Rod wouldnt answer my calls, and then John (another service agent) told me that the vehicle was ready. they gave me the run around from the begining. When I got to the dealership, they said that I had to sign the final statement then wait hours to get my vehicle, which was already ready to go. I told them I had to be to work in a hour, yet they gave me the worse time ever, causing me to be late to work. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told that everyone but ROD was at lunch. I am definitely never returning to this dealer. More

The Auto Body Service Manager (Steve) worked with me from the beginning to the end of my experience. In this, he exceeded my expectations at every step of the process. His intial greeting, his interaction with me was excellent (warmth, compassion, understanding of my situation), extremely knowledgeable, provided advice that positively influnced my repair decisions, provided valued added services, and ended the experience by buying a bag of popcorn to provide to me simply because I inquired about the dealership having popcorn (which they did not) but, he wanted me to have some popcorn. When I picked up the vehicle, the bag of white cheese popcorn (very good product) sat there on the passenger seat of my repaired ESV and he smiled and shook my hand as he rightfully asked for potential referals into the future. I will return specifically to this dealership when I have automotive needs and I am hopful that the rest of the dealership is as good as the Body Shop staff members are. More

This is the third Cadillac I purchased from Steve in the past 8 years. Steve and Claude Nolan are number one when buying a Cadillac automobile.
