I took my vehcile in to have a ignition coil changed, and they gave me the run around from the begining. I told them I had to be to work in a hour, yet they gave me the worse time ever, causing me to be late to work. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told that everyone but ROD was at lunch. I am definitely never returning to this dealer. More

His intial greeting, his interaction with me was excellent (warmth, compassion, understanding of my situation), extremely knowledgeable, provided advice that positively influnced my repair decisions, provided valued added services, and ended the experience by buying a bag of popcorn to provide to me simply because I inquired about the dealership having popcorn (which they did not) but, he wanted me to have some popcorn. When I picked up the vehicle, the bag of white cheese popcorn (very good product) sat there on the passenger seat of my repaired ESV and he smiled and shook my hand as he rightfully asked for potential referals into the future. I will return specifically to this dealership when I have automotive needs and I am hopful that the rest of the dealership is as good as the Body Shop staff members are. More
