I brought my vehicle in for air pressure in my tires to be corrected. From the time I scheduled the appointment, Rod Rogers has been professional and courteous. It was actually the first time since my car was in warranty that the service was complimentary, so I was very happily surprised!! Really appreciate Rod Rogers for his attention to detail- thank you Rod. Have been pondering what my next vehicle would be- when folks are treated fairly and kindly, it makes the choice a lot easier. Have been coming to Claude Nolan for almost 8 years. (They can be expensive, esp. when folks are trying to thoughtfully maintain their vehicles. I took my vehcile in to have a ignition coil changed, and they gave me the run around from the begining. Rod wouldnt answer my calls, and then John (another service agent) told me that the vehicle was ready. they gave me the run around from the begining. When I got to the dealership, they said that I had to sign the final statement then wait hours to get my vehicle, which was already ready to go. I told them I had to be to work in a hour, yet they gave me the worse time ever, causing me to be late to work. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told that everyone but ROD was at lunch. I am definitely never returning to this dealer. More
