I have dealt with Claude Nolan over many years. I have experienced sales, service, along with Enterprise car rental service, and Limosine shuttle service. It has all been good and very fair. I contacted the internet "specialist" Sterling. He invited me to see a new CTS which was priced at a very attractively. Upon our arrival at the dealership we were sent to a salesman who thereupon to invited me to see a new CTS which was priced at a very attractively. Upon our arrival at the dealership we were sent to a salesman who thereupon took us to a car which was a demo and had 5,000 miles on it. He said, "Didn't Stering tell you it was a demo?" (Sterling's e-mail which I subsequently checked indicated "new") Our experience went "downhill" from there. I would never consider buying a vehicle from a place like that. More

I saw a couple adds on craigs list and called a guy named discount dave. He answered my call and gave me the information I was looking for. At that point I went to the dealership and meet David Rome and saw discount dave. He answered my call and gave me the information I was looking for. Sucks at customer service, Dennis the sales manager needs to be fired..your killing your Cadillac business Dennis. Was told to bring back but had to pay for tow service. Dash panel also broke parts in pass floorboard was told it was already like that. The service tech told me they brake all the time but service manager did not want to pay to fix. Service Manger offered to get me a used part for 100.00...sucks sucks..Claude Nolan Had Car 3 days. Broke a week later Goodyear found problem. Thank God...Time for a New Deville Oh It must be me the customer that's wrong..ever heard of doing the right thing Claude Nolan...advertises customer satisfaction (joke) you would still be making $$$ from me as I spent 1500=2000 a yaer in your shop and 6 months ago bought a new Deville ragtop at Massey and now want to replace my truck with a escalade ext....See Massey Cadillac in Orlando Better prices, happy to sell you a car NO BS,Lies, They have 5 dealerships hope one day They replace Claude Nolan More
