Sucks at customer service, Dennis the sales manager needs to be fired..your killing your Cadillac business Dennis. Was told to bring back but had to pay for tow service. Dash panel also broke parts in pass floorboard was told it was already like that. The service tech told me they brake all the time but service manager did not want to pay to fix. Service Manger offered to get me a used part for 100.00...sucks sucks..Claude Nolan Had Car 3 days. Broke a week later Goodyear found problem.
