I contacted the internet "specialist" Sterling. He invited me to see a new CTS which was priced at a very attractively. Upon our arrival at the dealership we were sent to a salesman who thereupon to invited me to see a new CTS which was priced at a very attractively. Upon our arrival at the dealership we were sent to a salesman who thereupon took us to a car which was a demo and had 5,000 miles on it. He said, "Didn't Stering tell you it was a demo?" (Sterling's e-mail which I subsequently checked indicated "new") Our experience went "downhill" from there. I would never consider buying a vehicle from a place like that. More
