His intial greeting, his interaction with me was excellent (warmth, compassion, understanding of my situation), extremely knowledgeable, provided advice that positively influnced my repair decisions, provided valued added services, and ended the experience by buying a bag of popcorn to provide to me simply because I inquired about the dealership having popcorn (which they did not) but, he wanted me to have some popcorn. When I picked up the vehicle, the bag of white cheese popcorn (very good product) sat there on the passenger seat of my repaired ESV and he smiled and shook my hand as he rightfully asked for potential referals into the future. I will return specifically to this dealership when I have automotive needs and I am hopful that the rest of the dealership is as good as the Body Shop staff members are. More

I have been a Cadillac owner for 30 years. We currently have two in our household. We have access to a former employee who has a repair shop. The only issues that we have are that the level of courtesy services provided by the dealership have decliend. We also own a Mercedes. The Mercedes dealership provides us with a loaner, even though our car is a 2003 and was not purchased from them. They also make sure that the car has a complimentary wash when serviced. You may want to reconsider where you cut costs. More
