I picked Claud Nolan Cadillac for my car repairs because it was one of the preferred locations for my insurance and its location was close to me. I was dreading having to get my car fixed, but my expectatio it was one of the preferred locations for my insurance and its location was close to me. I was dreading having to get my car fixed, but my expectations were by far exceeded by David Griggs and his team, and they made it such a pleasant, hassle-free experience. Since I don't have a Cadillac, there was a small part of me that thought I may get a lower level of service, but that proved to not be the case at all. They were extremely friendly, informative and communicative. They had my repairs done is less time than expected, even less than what they quoted which was already just 3 days. (I was having major body repairs after hitting a deer). David communicated statuses and updates before I had to ask. I would absolutely go back there for any car repairs. More

I am a sales mgr for Cummins Engine Co. In our business service and new product sales are inextricably linked. The service person that the customer deals with is the "face" of the company. Even items like tires - I have bought a few sets of tires recently and I have bought them from James. As you know you can buy tires on every street corner including the web. Service excellence is the key. Thanks to people like James Zawacki that put a good face on your service department you can continue to expect to have a successful business. James Zawacki is one of the main reasons I do business at Claude Nolan. He is thoughtful, courteous and always helpful. That said I know it takes a good company to complete the package no matter how nice James is it takes a company firing on all cylinders to make this happen. I have dealt with your service mgr on a few occassions and he is been great. At the end of the day Claude Nolan seems to be getting it right. As long as they remember people buy from people not companies. People are the life blood of any business. Take care of your people and they will take care of your business. More

As slways, when I arrived to have my vehicle serviced, James was ready and had me in and out within 5 minutes and my car was ready well before I requested it. I have been enjoying Claude Nolan's service for eight years since moving into the Jacksonville area from LA. James helped us from 200 miles north of Jacksonville when we developed car problems on I 95 South. He made our problems solveable and while we were stressed coming into Jacksonville we felt he would be very we developed car problems on I 95 South. We were driving a 05 Deville Caddy which had 120,000. miles on it and the transmission was failing fast. We were coming to Jacksonville so our daughter could play in a Nature Valley Golf Tournament at Sawgrass and did not need this car problem. James promised a fast eastimate of what waa wrong with our car and called us Friday with the bad news that the cost to repair the car was more than we were willing to spend on it and recommended your Salesmen Chuck Motes to us. Chuck is a very good salesmen, not pushy but wanting to help and willing to go the extra mile for us. My wife and I discussed various options --- towing the car back to Raleigh, junking the car, called Car Max, and purchasing a car from Claude Nolan and Chuck. We decided to purchase a used car and Chuck had several cars in our price range and we met Sat. morning to pick one out. We discussed each car with Chuck and made our choice -- wish I could afford another Caddy !!!!! Well the paper work went very quickly and Susie ( cant remember her last name -- very sorry ) did the paper work and we signed everything in a very short time. Claude Nolan is very lucky to have three employess as good and customer caring as these are. I am sure these three are part of the reason why this Cadillac Dealership has been in business over 100 years. Thanks again for all your help in our time of need. I called the Claude Nolan dealership after checking their web page in search of a new car. I first spoke with Sterling the internet person who set me up with Steve Terbruggen. I made an appointment to co web page in search of a new car. I first spoke with Sterling the internet person who set me up with Steve Terbruggen. I made an appointment to come in and look at the CTS sedan on Friday of the same week. The car was exactly what I wanted and Mr. Terbruggen was very courteous throughout the entire experience.
