I went in for a recall on my 2009 CTS and had my 15,000 mile check-up. Nancy is friendly, helpful, & charming. I was offered rides but did not need them. She was also concerned about my driving in some bad mile check-up. Nancy is friendly, helpful, & charming. I was offered rides but did not need them. James has worked with me since I bought my Cadillac, 3-1/2 years ago. He is very easy to talk to and listens and actually "hears" what I am saying about any given concern. The service at Claude Nolan is terrific - your car is ready at the promised time. When I wait for service, I enjoy the comfortable waiting area. At one point about 3 years ago, I had the need to use the body shop and I must say that Lorrie McDermott was very helpful and when I got my car back, I could not tell that work had been done. This is a great dealership, from the salesman from whom I purchased the car (Steve Terbrueggen) all the way through James, whom I see most frequently. For me, James is the "FACE OF CLAUDE NOLAN CADILLAC"! More

John was very informative and helpful. He was very descriptive of the damage and what the repair would entail. He spoke w/ the insurance adjuster on my behalf. He arranged the rental car. I wouldnt take my vehicle or vehicles anywhere else for body work as they can repair my non cadillacs as well. I will recommend them to all my associates, employees, family and friends. More

I had my 2006 Cadillac DTS repaired at Claude Nolan after I was rear-ended by another vehicle, and my overall experience was very pleasant. It was a very difficult and confusing time for me becuase it was the first time I'd ever been in a major traffic accident that resulted in my car having to be in repair for an extended period of time, but the staff at the Claude Nolan was very helpful throughout the process. I would love to only get my vehicle serviced at authorized Cadillac dealerships because I feel that they are specially trained to care for Cadillacs, but the prices are often rediculously expensive compared to other service centers. The only reason that I chose Claude Nolan for the repairs after my accident was because I knew that the at fault driver's insurance would pay for it. More
