Buying a vehicle at Claude Nolan was a wonderful experience. We have two young children, which is not conducive to shopping for a car. The staff were incredibly accommodating. They made us feel comfortable and treated my family with genuine kindness and boat loads of PATIENCE. We looked at several different models/car companies. All had various selling points that were appealing. We ultimately decided on our Cadillac SRX (beautiful car) from Claude Nolan because we believe they were the most likely to stand behind their product with good customer service after the sale. Our salesman, Steve Groner, was honest (yes I said it) and delivered on everything he promised. He made us feel like our satisfaction was his number one priority. Even the finance manager, Bruce, was very easy to work with. Our negotiations were very straight forward and transparent. I have purchased 13 cars over the past 24 years and I can say with all sincerity that this was by far the best car buying experience ever. If you are in the market for a Cadillac in the Jacksonville region, talk to Steve, I am confident you will appreciate his approach to selling a car. Steve and Joanna, happy customers. More
I have a 2006 CTS that was the love of my late husband's life (not sure where I rated). In 2007 my nephew introduced me to Nancy Germano and immediately she and I became new-old best friends. My vehicle has never been anywhere other than a Cadillac dealership for service. Nancy has been my 'go to' girl. She is an asset to any dealership she works at. I have followed her 'travels' to my great satisfaction. Everyone I have dealt with at Claude Nolan has left me with a good feeling and never have I felt that I was taken advantage of. I say this because as a rule a single woman is looked upon as an 'easy touch' regarding recommendations of services needed. I never have a problem writing my payment check as I have always felt the work was necessary. The result is that my 2006 CTS has kept me on the road in the manner that I have grown accustomed to. My late husband blessed me when he chose to purchase this vehicle. It was a no-brainer as to which auto I would keep when Bill passed. My CTS (actually my husband's) wraps around me and makes be feel secure, plus feeling the love of my late husband. I continue to look forward to future dealings with Claude Nolan and Nancy Germano. I had several repeat issues with a piece of trim falling off of my new 2010 SRX however James Zawacki took care of getting the parts ordered and replaced to minimize the time for the repair. John is always very responsive and helpful. He looks out for my interests and safety and his recommendations are spot on. This most recent visit was unexpected, I had to prepare for a 2000 mile trip with l for my interests and safety and his recommendations are spot on. We have been doing business with Steve for many years now and he has always been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. When we purchased our SRX not too long ago, we looked at other dealerships and drov and he has always been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. When we purchased our SRX not too long ago, we looked at other dealerships and drove other cars but in the end returned to Claude Nolan and Steve. He is always there for us and the service department at CN is one of the best we have seen. Was surprised at the high cost of an oil change the other day....almost $80.00...but they indicated it was because of the use of synthetic oil. My father was a personal friend of Mr.C.Nolan and my first Pontiac(LeMans)1971 came from C.Nolan's Cadillac/Pontiac Dealership on Main St.(Downtown).After that I had (3)Grand P. and (1)Bonneville SSE.The Service Dept. is the key for a costumer to come back and have his vehicle repaired. Weather they are major or minor repairs the costumer has to have "Trust" in his or hers "Service Advisor". Mrs. Nancy Germano has treated me like Gold as if I was her only costumer from day one. When I call her for service and she is busy with a costumer; She returns calls rapidly and listens to your repair needs with patience and optimal attitude.As I aforementioned, I have dealt with numerous serv.reps.in my time and I truly believe that Mrs. Germano is an asset to the service dept. at Claude Nolan and citizens will be coming back to Claude Nolan to buy and service their vehicles. I am a retired Jax. Police Officer and I know an employee gets spank when he/she does something wrong; But seldom gets recognition when they do GOOD.For the few minutes that I spend there at drop off and pick up; Mrs. Germano cares about me & the CTS. It's not common, I think, that true customer service happens today. I was really not expecting the kind of service that I got from Claude Nolan. I think what I like best, is that as a female, everyone has really listened to my concerns with true interest. They resolved issues that were above my expectations. James really provided me with an excellent experience. He is a good listener, approachable and has good follow up. It doesn't take much sometimes, to make people happy, but somehow we have forgotten that in the world we live in. I would definitely that others come to Claude Nolan. More
