My overall experience with Claude Nolan has been exceptional. David has really gone above and beyond, even after I purchased my car. I had several discrepancies that I found a week or so after I took it off the lot; however, the staff really took care of me fixing every little gripe I had for free with no hassle. I even called back while I was deployed overseas for some paperwork, and they had it in my inbox in a matter of minutes. Initially, I was disappointed that they would't come off of the price a bit more, but after 9 months...the level of service has been worth every penny. More

March 24, 2011 will be my 2nd time at this dealership. The first was to have Auto Body work done due to an auto accident and the second time was to replace the drivers side rearview mirror. Though I reside in the Oakleaf area and there is a Cadillac Dealer on Blanding, I would rather travel the extra 15 miles to the Cadillac Dealer on the Southside. The reason for that is the Honesty of this dealership. In both cases, Mr Griggs took his time to look and varify the problem that needed to be addressed. Never once promoting additional items that were unnecessary. Honesty plays a big role in customer service and Mr. Griggs and Claude Nolan Cadillac PASSED with Flying Colors.
