Since arribing in Jacksonville 53 years ago I have purchased many new vehicles from many dealers. I have always dreaded going back to the dealer for service for various reasons and often accepted ser purchased many new vehicles from many dealers. I have always dreaded going back to the dealer for service for various reasons and often accepted service from independent repair shops to avoid the dealers. I have had GM service writers tell me that if I could get it fixed elsewhere go have it fixed. Several years back I met Nancy G at another Cadillac dealer here in Jacksonville, approximately three miles from my office. However, she transferred across town to Claude Nolan Cadillac. Due to the excellent manner in which she had handled my automotive needs, I soon found myself driving 30 minutes each way for all my automotive needs, even my second car which is not a Cadillac. For instance today I called Nancy G and said I needed my Cadillac serviced and I didn't have time to wait (less than two weeks left in tax season). Nancy said be here at 2:10 p.m. and she would get me in and out. I arrived at 2:10 and departed about 20 minutes later with my car serviced, and was back at work across town in less than 90 minutes. What Nancy says she does. While I have heard good reports on Claude Nolan Cadillac, I take the time to cross town to work with Nancy G and will continue to do so. More
Within the past two years my family has purchased a CTS and DTS. We are more than pleased with our purchases. Not only is the Cadillac a reliable vehicle the service is always excellent. I recently returned to Claude Nolan Cadillac to service my 07 XLVR. The reason for my return is Nancy Germano., I followed her from another Dealership. The servive and professionalism is outstanding! The service department at Claude Nolan amazes me. They eagerly perform warranty repairs with speed and competence! I have never experienced a service dept. of this caliber in all my years of driving. I have lived in the Jacksonville, FL area for 16 years. In that time I have had the opportunity and good fortune to purchase 4 new vehicles from 4 different car dealerships. From my "purchasing experience" In that time I have had the opportunity and good fortune to purchase 4 new vehicles from 4 different car dealerships. From my "purchasing experience" to my routinely scheduled maintenance, my experience at Claude Nolan Cadiilac has been the very best by far. Recently, I was rear-ended and had my vehicle serviced by the body shop, and I took the opportunity to have some routine maintenance done as well. James, my regular service rep, introduced me to Chris at the body shop. Chris explaned the process of the estimate, and gave me an initial timeline for repairs. He went on to say he would coordinate with James for my routine maintenance. Chris had the vehicle for 3 days, which was less than the 5 he originally quoted. Additionally, he gave me a call after day 2 to let me know how things were going. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I was escorted by the Collisoin Center manager for an inspection of the vehicle. It was near flawless and had been detailed. After the manager left me, one of the body shop workers came over to talk to me. He said he did most of the work, and gave me a brief synopsis of what he had done. To be honest, most of it was Greek to me, but I really appreciated him coming over...on his own accord. It was obvious he was proud of the work he had done to my vehicle. I stopped in with James, to thank him for taking care of all the maintenance and other cosmetic issues we had identified. They were all addressed and resolved. I'm sure I've left out other significant details, but the bottom line for me is they know how to treat people and take care of cars. This experience is just one example of the superb service and treatment I've recieved while conducting business at Claude Nolan. I would higly recommend this dealership to anyone, they've earned my business...and trust. More

I think John Smith is an excellent Customer focused individual and goes out of his way to insure that you are customer and treats you with friendly, courtesy that I have never experienced before with a individual and goes out of his way to insure that you are customer and treats you with friendly, courtesy that I have never experienced before with any dealership. At no time did I feel that John wasn't providing the friendlyist attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. I have recommended many friends to Claude Nolan because of John Smith. I have been a GM customer since I bought my first 1955 Chevrolet back in 1960 and have continued with Chevrolets vs Ford or Chysler (Company Cars) and have had Pontiac; Oldsmobile 98's; Buick Park Avenues and when I retired I finally got my dream of having a Cadillac. The ride is the best and this has been the most enjoyable car we have ever had. However, I feel that quality of the Cadillac doesn't live up to the standards it should have. A few examples was a loud fan motor that had to be replaced; both front electric windows failed (one under warranty - one at my expense; motor mount failure; and the last big expense was a transmission failure. I have always had the car service at C N and never taken it to any other mechanic. I was waiting for the 2012 models to come out and our plans were to buy another Cadillac, however we now only have 65,000 miles on it as we only drive about 10,000 miles a year, the workmanship of the factory is less than what I would call acceptable, especially when I have to replace a transmission and have the embaressment of have a window go down when I have guests and I am 150 miles from home. and when I complained about the shifting from 3rd to 4th gear, the failure of the motor mount wonders if that was the cause of the transmission failure. Again it has been a real pleasure to have John as my Customer Service person and I Thank him with the greatest gratitude. Jack Mesh More
I have been having my autos serviced by CNC for years and have always beeb taken care of above and beyond. On this last visit, John Smith went out of his way to get a problem with my autos finish teken care have always beeb taken care of above and beyond. I had a collision with a deer that banged up the entire left side of my 2003 M3. Dave and his team did an amazing job at not only repairing the vehicle, but keeping me up to date with repairs and being open and honest with all the work being done. Customer service wise great to work with. And quality of work was outstanding. Couldn't be happier. Not only that, but the work is guaranteed for life as long as I own the car. Car required replacement of fender and door, as well as repaint of whole left side as well as hood. The guys in the shop were meticulous, and the work looks great! Insurance covered the cost, so cant really speak to price, but based on final costs for the work done, also great! I would recommend any day of the week for any type of damage to your vehicle! -Patrick Sippel More

To translate, you are greeted warmly, shown to your salesman (Steve= soooo nice), and made to think they have all the time in the world for you. Then after a few visits you meet Bruce who is so charming it is once again the way it was and the way it should be. Bruce determined the very competitive selling price and bent a little on my trade. I had really shopped, and clearly was not convincing/valued enough to meet the "Bruces" at the other dealerships. When I found the color combination I wanted it was ready, shined, and even cooling off when I arrived to test drive and buy. Lastly wrap this all up with Susie, who was so quick with the paperwork while Steve was walking me through (slowly and meticulously) all the gadgets on my sporty trade. Was this a good experience? NO! It was a great experience!The even better news is I have heard the service department who I will only have to visit yearly is superb. diann catlin More
