The salesperson at this dealership was friendly, eager to assist, able to answer all questions (or willing to locate the answer). The salesperson came in on his day off to assist with finalizing the sale and assist, able to answer all questions (or willing to locate the answer). The salesperson came in on his day off to assist with finalizing the sale and offered suggestions and tips that a salesperson would not have had to share. This was a great buying experience and I would use this dealership again for future purchases. More
After my old car was basically falling apart I decided it was finally time for a new one. I decided on Honda since I knew I would be driving it for a long time and wanted a car that would last. I worked with Ray at the dealership and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars there. I finally decided on a brand new CRV and I'm really loving it so far. It's a great car and Ray was very helpful in showing me all the new features of the car. More
My overall experience at Randy Kuehl Honda was great. Chanin was very knowledgeable about the 2012 Honda Civic that I was interested in, right down to every minor knob and switch in the car. He explained Chanin was very knowledgeable about the 2012 Honda Civic that I was interested in, right down to every minor knob and switch in the car. He explained the functions of the car in such detail that I was left with very few questions to ask. Chanin was very friendly and was very encouraging of my decision to go to the Ford and Chevy dealers in town and test-drive some comparable cars. After doing so, there was just no comparison to be made - the Honda Civic was the far superior vehicle to the Ford Focus and Chevy Cruze that I drove. The dealership gave me a price that is on the lower end of what these vehicles are selling for in the current market, and it also came with about $500 of accessories pre-installed, so I was confident that I was getting a good deal at the time and that confidence has remained after speaking to other 2012 Honda Civic buyers in other areas of the country. Chanin dealt with me both via phone and email while negotiating the price, which is a testament to Randy Kuehl Honda's willingness to embrace the challenges and flexibility required when working with a younger crowd of car-buyers. The finance guy I dealt with was a little pushy on the extended warranty (that I declined), but he was just doing his job - he was still pleasant and flexible to work with. I ordered some additional accessories for the car and was mostly pleased with the service center. More
I bought a new Honda Odyssey at Randy Kuehl Honda. I worked with Matt Smith, the car sales person. I really enjoyed working with him. He was very friendly and did not apply pressure. He was also know worked with Matt Smith, the car sales person. I really enjoyed working with him. He was very friendly and did not apply pressure. He was also knowledgable on the product. I also brought my van a few weeks later to have internal protection applied. I live quite a ways away, and the application was going to take 4 hours. Matt and his manager arranged a used vehicle for me any my kids to use for errands during the application. THis was very helpful. I glanced at the Service area, and the work cells looked very clean and organized. The service person and parts person I worked with were also friendly. More

Tom was condescending and refused to speak seriously about negotiating a price. He always acted as if my choice of car was not good enough. He proceeded to waste much of my time (10ish minutes) pushing to get me to lease a vehicle after I clearly stated that I had no interest in leasing, and to top it off, he appeared to become angry by my not having an interest in leasing. I also noticed that they tried to cover up flaws instead of fixing them. The paint appeared to be in good shape from a distance, but upon closer inspection, I noticed that they covered spots where the paint chipped with a tarry substance that almost matched the color of the vehicle. If you buy from these guys, be sure to inspect everything! If they cover up one thing, they'll certainly try it on other vehicles. More

The man would not accept a "no" response w/o grilling us .... Very, very unpleasant experience. If we had not placed a $500 down payment on this car prior to meeting with Jon we would have walked out of the deal. We will never do business with this company in the future. Our friends will be informed of our experience, Even though it will be inconvenient we will have this vehicle serviced out of town .... This to avoid Randy Kuehl service. This was very unpleasant. In April 2011, I bought a new 2011 V-6 Honda Accord. That car was a life dream for me since I had wanted a new Honda Accord for over 15 years. My new car is white with gorgeous chrome trim, tan leather inter car was a life dream for me since I had wanted a new Honda Accord for over 15 years. My new car is white with gorgeous chrome trim, tan leather interior, wonderful sound system, and I can drive it for over three weeks before I need to fill the tank! I am employed by Rockwell Collins, Inc. in Cedar Rapids and commute from my home to work daily, sometimes returning for extra work in the evenings. I so enjoy my car, actually I love it. Matt Smith is a terrific sales consultant who sold me my car at the Randy Kuehl dealership. Matt is very personable and worked hard to find out what met my needs. He is the first car salesman I have met who puts what you as the customer want to buy ahead of what he wants to sell you! Jonathan was the paperwork guy at the dealership who handled all the documentation after Matt had helped me choose and buy my new Honda Accord. Jonathan was efficient, conscientious, and also not pushy at trying to sell me more "packages" that I did not want or felt I needed. I enjoyed my experience with the Randy Kuehl dealership very much and have recommended them and Matt Smith to my friends at church and at Rockwell Collins. More

BUYER BEWARE when dealing with Randy Kuehl honda. For your benefit, please use extreme caution when dealing with the staff at this dealership. Their concept of integrity/honesty is non existent and they your benefit, please use extreme caution when dealing with the staff at this dealership. Their concept of integrity/honesty is non existent and they will hide problems to get the sale through, and then they will give you ZERO support or follow through when you bring problems to their attention. Just like the review below, the response that I received when attempting to address a major blunder on their end was "seek legal counsel, take us to court." This dealership knows nothing of customer service after the sale. Once you sign on the line they will disappear. Do not assume any peace of mind when dealing in any of their "certified" used vehicles. They certify their vehicles by whipping through the "150 Point" inspection and will NOT fix any of the problems that should have been fixed before the vehicle is/was sold. At the end of the day I can say that this was by far the worst buying AND customer service experience of my lifetime. Save your time, energy, money and shop elsewhere. More
