Had a great experience buying my first new car (2012 Honda Civic). I went in there at 9am and drove out with my car by noon! I especially appreciate the extra length he went to to find me the right car. He already knew he had the deal when he suggested he drive another color over and park it next to the one I was ready to buy. He said why don't you look at both of them in the sun and see what you think. I fell head over heels over the other color and I am thrilled with my new purchase. Also, it's not often that my 4 irish brothers agree on anything but they all gave it a thumbs up! More

Overall I had a great experience at Randy Kuehl. Chanin was my salesman and there was zero pressure to buy. He knew I wasn't in a hurry to buy, and he was still happy to take the time to take me on a test was my salesman and there was zero pressure to buy. He knew I wasn't in a hurry to buy, and he was still happy to take the time to take me on a test drive and really went over everything in the CR-V I ended up buying. He went out of his way to make me comfortable during the process and IMO got me a pretty good deal on the car. Before and after the sale Chanin was there to answer questions and get me help when I needed it. If I was rating just Chanin, i would've given 5's across the board. Jon was the finance guy and when it came time to talk warranty, he was pretty pushy, which I guess is his job, but he was a little condescending when I said I wasn't sure if I was going to get it or not. He ended up quoting me a price which sounded very reasonable...especially compared to what I could get elsewhere, so i went ahead and signed up only to find out that the price on the contract was more than what he quoted me! Shame on me for not being extra careful and double-checking the contract I guess. It COULD be an honest mistake and I'm working with the dealership to try to work it out. If anything I still have time to cancel it. Hopefully we can work it out. Even with the warranty situation, I'd still recommend Randy Kuehl. More
Our Honda CRV had a bad waterpump which was causing an engine rattle. We took the vehicle for service and we were charge for a tension arm replacement, a belt replacement , and then an alternator replace engine rattle. We took the vehicle for service and we were charge for a tension arm replacement, a belt replacement , and then an alternator replacement. We complain that the engine rattle was not bing fixed, and we told by the Asst. Service Manager that repairs such as a rattle are "hit or miss". The repair techinician also told us that the alternator was functioning corrrectly but he saw rust around the housing intake. After wsting two weeks and over $800 in incorrect repairs we went to Firestone. They correctly diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes and charged us less than Randy Kuehl Honda would have. I feel that this dealership lacks honesty and attention to the customer. More

I had a fantastic experience at Randy Kuehl while purchasing my Honda CR-V a few weeks ago. Very low pressure from the sales person which made me feel at ease. Also, he was very straight forward up front and actually provided me with information regarding my vehicle as far as having been on the lot for a while and that they would likely go down on the price of the vehicle. When it came time to negotiate, they did a wonderful job of compromising to help being the price within a range I was comfortable with. I walked away very happy with my purchase as well as the experience as a whole. It was one of the most stress free, enjoyable car buying experiences. I absolutely love my CR-V. More
