I was looking to buy a new Honda Fit and had heard good things about this dealership from a friend. After looking at websites I requested quotes and information from 4 dealerships and Randy Kuehl was the things about this dealership from a friend. After looking at websites I requested quotes and information from 4 dealerships and Randy Kuehl was the quickest to respond. Justin was incredible. My place of work and hours make phone conversations difficult, and Justin was able to answer all of my questions in the way that worked best for me. When it came time to do the paperwork at the dealership Justin and Ray had it all set up and ready to go so no time was wasted. The dealership is on the smaller side, but very well organized and clean. Ray kept me in the loop the entire time we were waiting for the car to come in and I never had to guess what was going on at any given time. When my car came in Ray took the time to make sure I understood how everything worked before I drove off the lot. I haven't had my car for long, but I already love it and feel comfortable contacting Randy Kuehl with any concerns along the way. Everyone made sure to give me all the contact info, and Ray even showed me around the service department! Great experience all around and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new or used car. Ask for Ray and tell him Morgyn sent you! More
After entering the store I was greeted very warmly by Joe Kasel. He seemed genuinely interested in what I was looking for and I gave him some details about what I was looking for and looking to spend. He wor Kasel. He seemed genuinely interested in what I was looking for and I gave him some details about what I was looking for and looking to spend. He worked on his computer for a second and then asked me a bit more about what kind of car I was looking for. He showed me some of the inventory on his computer to save us the time of walking all over the dealership and made sure I was pleased when we chose a few models to look at. We went out straight to the model I had seen on his computer, and he showed me in person a lot of the features he talked about in the store. He showed me the additional features that this car had that made it special and was very knowledgable about how to use them. After this we went for a test drive in a very nice Accord. It was very pleasurable and he answered all of my questions as we drove. The dealership was very willing to work with the small downpayment I could afford and put me into a new car that day! I have owned my car for nearly 6 months and am still extremely pleased with my purchase. The only negative was that it was busy and they seemed a little rushed while we were going through the prices of the vehicle. More
The Business Manager Jon McGraw was difficult to negotiate with. As soon as the customer, myself, gave him the initial figure, which was well within the 10% difference from the asking price, his att negotiate with. As soon as the customer, myself, gave him the initial figure, which was well within the 10% difference from the asking price, his attitude turned into something like "Get out of here, I'm not going to negotiate any further." No counter offers or anything. He was flatout rude! The saleman Scott Nalvanko was friendly; however, I would not buy any car from him. Upon inspection of the car of my interest, I found about half a dozen clearly visible defects and told him about them. His reaction was absolutely nothing, no offer to fix them or even take a look at them. It was a late model car in which they're asking for almost $18K, not a $500 car for crying out loud! This dealer did not seem open to negotiations or care to please their customers. I would not buy anything from this dealership. Not only that they lost my business, they also lost it from my family and friends. More
