Randy Kuehl proved me wrong, they not only beat fords price by $3000 plus but they put me in a much better vehicle with a lot more features. They will be my first stop next time we buy. The only thing we hated was the high pressure selling in the finance office for extra warranties , seemed upset when we turned them down. More

I was stressed out about my previous car and my hit-and-run experience. I needed something quickly that would dependably get me around Cedar Rapids to my job sites. Trent Pearson helped me every step of the way. He even personally introduced me to the service guys and also offered to come in to the office on his day off in order to deliver my Civic to my house. He makes promises that he doesn't keep, doesn't return phone calls, or doesn't respond to emails. Long story short I took my Honda in for a routine oil change and someone at the shop damaged my bumper. This happened in December of 2014 and I'm still dealing with getting it fixed. I've called Paul 3 times where once I talked to him and he said he would call back, which he never did and I left 2 voice mail messages with no return phone calls. The damage to my bumper was suppose to be repaired but when I got my car back the area of repair/paint job felt rough to the touch, almost like there was no clear coat. So my van is in today again hoping to get it back in the condition I left it. I'm also getting tired of driving their loaner vehicle while mine is in repair. I had the loaner 2 weeks ago where I had to provide my driver's license and insurance card. Now today I went to get the loaner and was unable to locate my updated insurance card but figured they should still have the copy of the insurance card. Unfortunately the service representative was too lazy to retrieve it and wants me to fax in the updated one to him. I shouldn't be the one doing all this stuff. If you would have repaired my bumper right the first time I wouldn't have to come in. Very upset customer. James Thomas More
